“This location is right where Im staying for the week. Have been in multiple times now, the coffee and lattes have been hot and made properly. The few staff members that I've seen have been quick and helpful. The donuts and ice cream have been delicious. Definitely will continue to return while im here.“

Two were standard, one with a V couldn’t take the time to call me back or respond to my email. Then my husband and I drove to Rock Star. The second I walked up to the door and inside, I knew this place was going to deliver. I was right. The sweet smell is intoxicating! Eric greeted me, answered my questions, assured me he would meet my expectations. He did and some! The crazy part is I didn’t even taste them that day.i paid and two weeks later we picked them up and our party was in awe and they were delicious and a huge hit. “Overall really delicious. Plenty of parking. A bit pricey in my opinion. Happy that they actually use real taro and not the artificial powered form. Their avocado smoothie line is the best out of their whole menu as it is sweet, smooth, and creamy.
The establishment is a bit… much in my opinion. As well with the sparkles and the mirrors and the led lights and etc. but a great place to take some cute pictures! Love how it’s only a few minutes away from where I live so it is convenient. Better than the chain bubble tea places like Ding Tea or KungFu tea and I love the convenience. Overall 8/10.“

“I got 2 donuts and a drink. I got a Bavarian Kreme donut and a maple donuts. They could've put more Kreme in the donut. They were ok nothing extraordinary about the taste.. Seems like the donuts they made back in the day were better than this.. The lady was nice and the restaurant was clean“

“I've gone to this location several times. Service can get a little slow during busy times but I find this more of a management problem of not properly staffing during peak times. Donuts are best before noon. Coffee is excellent. If getting ice coffee ask them to stir in the desired sugar before adding ice so that the sugar dissolves or use NutraSweet which is a powder and will dissolve in ice.“

“As a company, Dunkin is nearly unmatched in its devotion to uniquely disappointing service. This can take the form of a suspiciously sticky lobby, an abstract interpretation of a drink order, or the icy center of a breakfast sandwich. Dunkin keeps you on your toes. It's endearing— it's what the guest comes to expect.

I'm still waiting for that from this location but to no avail. No coffee served lukewarm or stale, no napkinless hot food, no layer of coarse sugar sentiment at the butt-end of my cold brew. I've even been thrown an extra donut once or twice. It's... audacious.

“Went to Starbucks a little further up from them and had abysmal service (wasn't greeted and no one even attempted to take my order - again, Starbucks are so overrated and have major bandwagon appeal)....left after a couple minutes of being ignored. Came to good ole dependable Dunkin (I do patronize them most anyway, they were just a bit further away and I was short on time for my lunch break), was greeted immediately, and had delish pumpkin spice latte made per my request and I was out of there, a satisfied customer, in a jiffy. “Can’t complain—Treasure Island didn’t even have a Dunkin’ last year, so it’s great to finally have one. Yesterday I had a sandwich and a coffee, and both were good. This morning around 9am I stopped in again for just a coffee. The service was friendly, and you can tell people keep coming in, which says a lot.
