“Dika Delicious Gluten-free Bakery is the the best gluten free bakery that I've ever tasted (not exaggerating).

The bread, oh my God, is sooo soft and delicious. Although, I'm trying to quit sugar, I had to try the gf sweet pastries that I haven't seen other places.

I bought over $100 worth of baked goods because I was like a kid in a candy store. Because I spent so much, I was given 2 free items (God bless the mother daughter team).

I'm ashamed to say, when I got in my car, I immediately started tasting my gluten free goodies. They were delicious. However, the cheese danish was a 7/10 for me. I did not like the jelly on top of the cheese filling. And honestly the danish has a more bagel texture than a pastry texture.

Overall, however, I give this quaint artisan bakery, nestled in the corner of a small plaza in beautiful Hollywood Florida a 10/10. The welcoming charm of the mother daughter team makes up for the danish. Everything else I tasted is heavenly delicious!

I absolutely recommend Dikla Delicious Gluten Free Bakery and I will definitely go back and order for shipment because, I live out of state.

One more thing, my professional chef sister, who does not have to eat gluten free, tasted the Challah bread. She was very impressed!

“what an amazing experience with A&S Deli Catering! Working with Amanda and the team at A&S was such a pleasure. We hosted a luncheon for 55 people to celebrate my grandmother's 100th birthday (i know, wow!) and from the moment I connected with Amanda I knew this was going to be the easiest part of the planning. She quickly called me to get info on the event, chatted me through the catering menus and offerings and worked with me to come up with a menu that would offer a variety of dishes so there was something for everyone. the quote came quickly, was simple and easy to understand and even making the payments was smooth sailing. The day of the event, I got a call alerting me the team was on the way to set up and they arrived right on time, coming in and out quickly to set up where we told them we wanted to food, and left within 15 minutes. I was amazed! no mess, no fuss, just professional and so friendly. And the food...wow. This was a house FULL of Italians, so for every single guest to ask me where we ordered the food from because it was that good is a HUGE compliment! We ordered baked ziti, lemon chicken, eggplant parm, meatballs and sausage and peppers and there was so much food that everyone ate and lots of people took leftovers! I stopped in and tried the beef empanada, and it was absolutely amazing. The first thing that stood out was the dough—it had a great texture, perfectly cooked with a nice bite on the outside while still being soft and flavorful. You can tell the dough itself isn’t an afterthought; it actually adds to the overall experience.

The beef filling was flavorful and paired perfectly with the crust. A good empanada sounds simple, but when the dough, seasoning, texture, and filling all come together, it makes a difference.

Manny’s definitely nailed this one. Next time I’m going back to explore more of the menu, but that beef empanada will absolutely be part of the order again.
