We got the curry chicken and beef pastry. Very very tasty and the curry was very flavorful with some spice which I love. The pastry itself is flaky and delicious. The ginger beer is excellent and the we tried the biltong for the first time. I'm going to return and buy some. The shop owners have perfect customer service. Great place to fuel up quickly

Deliciousness in a pie with a flaky crust that melts in your mouth. This place has mastered the art of "Hot and Fresh"The lamb curry and the beef sausage roll hit the spot. Both are flavorful and filling. I couldn't finish the pies in one setting. I also took a frozen lentil and frozen boboti to go with a side of chutney (sweet and tart sauce). So this was place was recommended by a chef after I mentioned about the Australia meat pies at a coffee shop chain located in St Augustine. I've never had anything South African so this was a nice change. I've come here already 3 times, the last 2 times getting their frozen pies for home.Service is friendly. They have items in the eatery where you can purchase seasoning, etc. Not familiar with the majority of the items to know what to cook with.
