I have ordered from them for the past five years. I always order an entrée very spicy with no broccoli, an eggroll, and I ask for a container of hot oil, add a soup. For the last three orders I have received at best medium spice, too much broccoli, and no hot oil. While I understand that things are changing, I have never had a problem with no broccoli before.
