“I am in town for business and after one visit to this little shrine offering stunning Thai cuisine I have been back two more times, and will make it a point to stop in again before I leave. I have lived throughout California, Florida, Ohio, Denver, New Orleans and Minneapolis and can state with absolute certainty this is in the top three of any Thai cuisine I have experienced in over 35 years of being a Thai food fiend. Stellar menu, extraordinary flavors, great service and cute, casual ambience with a Thai flair. So, so, so, so good. ❤️“
“Wow I love this place so much I wish I could give more than six stars. Firstly, BEST fried rice I’ve had in my entire life I genuinely crave it every week and it’s so delicious everytime I could cry. Miso soup, perfect. Sushi rolls, perfect. The curries are to DIE FOR, especially their massaman. Nothing has ever disappointed me at this restaurant, the waitresses are super kind, the place is spotless and has a great, quiet, lowkey atmosphere. I come here almost every week if I can to get my fix (fried rice of course) and I wish for nothing but success for this place and the people in it!! My #1 favorite local spot for sure DO NOT MISS OUT!!Pictures below are four (separate) trips I made, with the fifth picture being an example of the aftermath everytime. I love you fisho thank you !!??????“
“I had been wanting to try this place for some time now. It did not disappoint. The food was delicious! We started with a dozen oysters topped with citris yuzu, chili garlic oil, and fried shallots. They were really good! We also had some Pork Belly Adobo Bao Buns, which was also very good! My daughter had a Taro Milk tea with boba, and she loved it. We got an assortment of sushi, and they were all amazing. We also tried the Pancit, its Filipino style glass noodles, and we got it with shrimp. Also very tasty. I dont think you can go wrong with anything on this menu. My only knock is I told them it was my daughters birthday, and she acknowledged it but never did anything for her. It's not a big deal, but it would have been nice. I look forward to coming back and trying more things.“
“Ok, I'm here right now. Listen, it's a regular looking place. But it's simple and welcoming. The food is incredible! I usually order soft-shell crab but they didn't have it. No matter because it allowed me to try something else, which was the volcano chicken. My wife had her usual crispy duck with the same chilli sauce that my chicken came with. Outside of Thailand, this was the tastiest Thai food that I've ever had. That is all.“
“An absolute gem if you’re looking for delicious food with ocean view and great service. Our group started with the green papaya salad (excellent!), gyoza, beef jerky, and had a few of the entrees with tofu (including the best drunken noodles yet). Finished it up with mango sticky rice. A great experience all around and will definitely be back. Service was warm, friendly, and very attentive, we felt as if we were having dinner at our friends’ home, loved it!*****❤️“
“Went for lunch after my favorite Thai place closed down. I've been to 6 different restaurants trying to find a comparable match as far as taste. This place had a Great atmosphere, the server was friendly and accommodating to my requests and food was really good! It's definitely my new thai spot!“
“Welcome new Authentic Thai Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale. Real Thai food in town that you can’t miss this place, must try! Deep fried silk worm aka “Malang Tod” so you don’t have to fly back to Thailand for that. The Interior, I can say wow! even not 100% completely. Nice jobs.“
“Place that tries to handle both Thai and Japanese food but struggles a bit with both. Have been here 2-3 times with family and has been mediocre each time - red curry, yaki soba, yaki udon and pad woon sen. Their pad kee mao is pretty good though.“
“Some of the best Thai food we’ve had. We sampled a few of the appetizers, a noodle dish and the Penang curry. Each dish was exquisite - fresh, aromatic, and well-balanced. The staff were friendly and warm; there was a clear sense of care and pride in the people here. The restaurant was tastefully decorated, clean and well-kept. The atmosphere was pleasant during our time - music was not too loud playing in the background. It was easy to carry a conversation. We also loved the ornate tin water cups - it felt like we were back in Thailand. We will be back. Highly recommended!“
“Best Thai food I’ve ever found. I’ve lived in a lot of states—a lot of big cities—and everywhere I have lived, I have looked for the best Thai restaurants. This is the best I’ve found. I go multiple times per year when I’m in town visiting my parents. We can’t get enough when we are visiting. Everything is so fresh, with such authentic flavors.“
“We eat here all the time because of how healthy the food is, the love they prepare it with, and the sweet wait staff. I always choose something random, and the food never disappoints. The flavors are amazing. Thank you to the chef and team who keep the quality consistent. I hope this restaurant lasts a long time.“
“Hidden Gem with Delicious Asian Cuisine! This charming, cozy restaurant has a surprisingly vast menu! While the exterior with its darkened windows might not initially grab your attention, stepping inside reveals a delightful space. We were seeking a quick, affordable yet tasty Asian meal and found it on Google. The staff was very friendly with a very quick service. What was really spectacular was how large the menu was: sushi, sashimi, appetizers, fried rice, stir-fries, curries, and noodle dishes – it really has something for everyone. The calamari appetizer was very fresh, a welcome contrast to the usual overly-fried versions. The Tom Kha coconut soup was perfectly balanced, not too much coconut milk. The sushi was fresh and delicious.Only thing the back of the restaurant was little messy with goods everywhere but that is understandable with small places. The music is also super loud.We recommend this restaurant and will definitely return!*Update: we Came Back! From our 1 week trip this was our favorite restaurant. We brought our daughter and she also loved it.They are SOOO fast in serving food- it’s crazy. We tried few more dishes and finished everything until the last piece. We recommend the Lighthouse Poke, skewers ( super soft & juicy), calamari rings ( so fresh - had them twice), Tom Kha Soup, and rolls.“
“This is a GREAT spot for very tasty Thai food. I had vegetable Pad Woon Sen and it was very 'clean' & fresh. This appeared to be a family business that gets repeat business from the locals. We saw lots of folks picking up their dinner for take home. We dined at the restaurant and enjoyed conversation with staff.A great place to have a casual dinner with great food & service.“
“Finally tried this place after hearing about it for a while - and we.love it! Food is really good, fresh and creative. But the staff make this place - everyone is friendly and efficient - after just one visit, they recognized us when we came in! It’s become our favorite sushi place!“
“My wife and I go every week and this restaurant NEVER disappoints. I am 68 and we have gone to many restaurants in our day and I can honestly say this is the best restaurant we have ever been to. The 2 ladies that work there are Jackie and Angie and they are the sweetest and most professional people to deal with. The consistency is what sets this restaurant apart from others. The food is always fantastic, perfectly cooked, never any mistakes, fast service, and great pricing and it’s always the same EVERY time. The place is extremely neat and clean, they know how to run a business. If you want a great restaurant with great food, affordable prices and nice people look no further.“
“The service at Thai Curry is exceptional ? the staffs are so friendly and ensure that your having a great time, I love how they check in every second to ensure their customers having the satisfaction they need. The atmosphere is so wonderful and the food is so damn good I enjoyed my fried rice with shrimp ? it's the best I ever have .“
“Food is good although it is hit and miss I guess depending on the cooks on staff. The service needs improvement. I felt very rushed to pick my meals as the server told me they needed them for the other guest that was coming in. I thought that to be quite unprofessional as you should ensure to have enough menus for your restaurant. Then I ordered an appetizer that I always get. They gave me an extremely small amount my last visit and even did not add the avocado. When I made mention of this thr waitress told me it didn't come on it. I insisted it did and even showed her a previous picture I had taken on another visit there. Her excuse the previous chef "just didn't it." So not in a rush to return anytime soon if I decide to at all“
“My go-to lunch spot since it's walking distance from my job. The food here is so fresh and made with authentic ingredients. I always get the chicken wings with the chili sauce and it never disappoints. Super cheap with large portions, definitely a hole in the wall that all the locals go to.“
“I have nothing but great things to say about OT. I discovered this dish, Boat Beef Soup. It was amazing. Then, we started trying almost every dish. Each dish is simply flavorful, which is very different than other sudo Thai restaurants in many cities in the U.S. I highly recommend this authentic Thai restaurant!“
“Excellent food just like you would find from a street cart in Bangkok. So delicious! Every time we visit YG we make it a point to stop here. We love ordering the goyza and the shumai. The ingredients are so fresh with delicious taste. The staff is always so friendly too which makes the whole experience an enjoyable one.“
“Jasmine Thai & Sushi does have very good food which I highly recommend. The restaurant is also violating Florida Statute 501.0117 by charging a 4% surcharge for using a credit card to pay your bill. For those of you who are unaware (most people) this is against the law and cannot be done. The business has been notified of their infraction and hopefully your next visit will not include this surcharge. If it does, be sure to dispute the fee. This is a State law and applies to any business which regularly accepts credit cards as payment. Ensure that your local businesses aren’t committing crimes against you.“
“Food was flavorful, appetizers were filling and crispy. Cookie was a wonderful waitress and the vibes of the resturant were fun. Perfect for a date night or dinner spot with friends.Got the green tea and mango with strawberry boba. Large portions of food for a good price, the pad Thai was perfection. And the ramen was layered with flavors and presented beautifully.Vegetarian options: They had veggie options!Parking: Let's of space !“
“Bangkok Bistro surprisingly met my Asian taste even though I believe they don't have an Asian cook. I have been to Bangkok Bistro many times and ordered different dishes, I always like their food. This place has a good atmosphere to socialize, the noise is tolerable. Other than Thai food, they also serve sushi and ramen. I enjoyed spider Tom yum with crispy soft shell crab. I also like their whole snapper.Tonight I ordered Tom yum soup with shrimp and eggplant shrimp. Both dishes have perfectly cooked shrimp. Many other restaurants overcook their shrimp!Parking: Many spaces for parking“
“Just wow what awesome food, the atmosphere is super chill. As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted by Kevin himself he’s on his booth prepping all the Suschi.I in particular I did not go in for sushi. I went for the fried hibachi rice, which was super fresh and at the price and at the quantity he gives you it’s more than enough and more than worth it. I also think it’s awesome that he would name a dish after some of his past customers, I believe it’s very important that we support our local small businesses but more importantly, when you have people that love what they do and love to see people smile and come back because they love their food that is prices-less. My co worker had the Valerie sushi rolls and my other co worker had the chicken pad Thai and yes the food is cooked to order so it will be as fresh as it gets.Thank you Kevin and Mellissa.“
“We have already visited this restaurant Approximately 6 times since the first one, a pleasant impression Served directly by the owners Who do a spectacular job both in the service and in the preparation of the food I don't know which of all the meals to recommend but it stands out The role of lobsters It is our favorite although they are all delicious The fried salmon skin role is spectacular The soft shell crab delicious The appetizers The wines The beers The salads The tempura everything everything in general 10 points.....We returned again and again the experience was completely satisfactory, our friend. The chef makes art when creating the dishes, the freshness and the good flavor explode in every order we make. Again, we left satisfied, pleased, very well served. The owners are simply very kind and attentive people. I will post new photos“
“THE BEST SUSHI IN CORAL SPRINGS / PARKLAND. We have tried MANY sushi places in the Coral Springs / Parkland area. Tobu Thai is our absolute favorite. The atmosphere leaves a bit to be desired but the sushi is FRESH and DELICIOUS. The service is always extremely friendly as well.“
“I first ordered from here as take out because my friend wanted sushi and I was down for some general tso chicken.. I knew from the 1st takeout order that the quality of food was great and that dining in must be even better (as apposed to getting food from a takout box that accumulates moisture from the steam).. sure enough the fresh plated, in resturant, experience was a hit. Crispy texture on general tso is great along with the sauce. Chicken tempora is also a favorite. I get the ginger salad everything I go and haven't tried anything that I don't like. Sushi rolls are made fresh right in front of you and the staff is polite, professional and prompt. I've become a regular over the past year and everyone I bring there rants that it's the best they've had in a while no matter what type of food they got.. don't pass this place up. its wide variety menu will please everyone who goes. From soups and salads, basic asian chicken and beef plates, slamming sushi rolls and gourmet dishes, this places covers it all!!“
“My go-to lunch spot. Consistently good food at affordable prices; fast and friendly service; and although it gets busy at lunch time, it is still cozy, and the wait is never long. All the sushi, noodles, soups, appetizers, and bento boxes we've tried are delicious. I highly recommend!Parking: In a strip mall with lots of free parking.“
“The service was great, very attentive. The food was priced fairly, they had enough items on the menu that nobody could be disappointed. The had Pad Thai, Green Curry with Chicken, assorted a la cart sushi and sashimi items, panko shrimp, chicken or vegetables, they had plates for two, plates for four...whichever way you could want. We took advantage of the early bird food and drink specials too.Good meal reasonably priced.“
“The food is delicious and my order is always ready on time. I order from here at least once a week.Vegetarian options: I regularly get Pad Thai (rice noodles) with fried tofu. Not sure if this would be considered vegetarian but it’s delicious!“
“Super friendly service. We ordered all Thai food which was ok- Tom Kha hai soup was a bit too sour, pad Thai was tasty but was different to what we get in Thailand (noodles seem all chopped), red curry was delicious but again the ingredients used are not very authentic Thai. All in one ok if you want a quick cheap Thai food, but not for if you want great food and amazing atmosphere“
“Our family had a great dining experience at this restaurant. The host was remarkably patient and friendly, accommodating our large group, including children. The food was satisfying, making it a pleasant outing for everyone. I have been coming here for years but this last experience merited a positive review.Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating“
“This place was a really good option for those people looking to eat Thai. The Fried Rice was phenomenal, and the sushi is made to order where you can see it right in front at the sushi bar. Really recommend it, the staff were really nice and polite and very attention oriented.“
“Went here for Valentine’s Day and had a great time! The sushi here, especially the yellowtail, was some of the best sushi I have ever had. Their Pad Kee Mao and Thai tea were also top-notch. The owner of the restaurant was extremely kind.“
“I love coming to Thai Moon By The Sea for small intimate gatherings with family especially for Special Occasions, the menu is phenomenal and the food is ALWAYS cooked to perfection, hats off to the Chef! Friendly & attentive staff and warm & cozy atmosphere too! Not to be missed, a hidden GEM! Btw, our fave dishes are: Grouper By The Sea, Crazy Salmon Roll and Shrimp Tempura Roll! ????????⚘️?????“
“Good as i remembered it to be, haven been in awhile. Went there last night since the another restaurant i was planning was totally packed. This place has a nice atmosphere with the different dining room options so i thought i could get in on Friday night without issue and they didnt disappoint but exceeded my expectation. The food was prepared perfectly, tasty. Service is spot on and attentive. Large choice of sushi and many other asian dishes. You can never go wrong here for this busy place, they really try.“
“Omg they have THE best mussels dynamite!! Trust me on this they are amazing! It’s a dish you cannot get many places. Just ask them to chop the mussels first....you’re welcome!!! Wish I would have taken a photo before I practically destroyed it!! I’ve been here about 5 times now and have never been disappointed!!“
“My wife and I enjoyed a dinner together here. Them our meals were very good. My wife had a Key West dinner and I had Penang curry with seafood. Both were excellent and the portions generous. We split a calamari salad and it was great! Servers were thorough and friendly. It was obvious this restaurant enjoys many return customers and many seems to personally know the servers. They also had a very robust carry-out business. I can’t belive we have lived here so long, drive past this place so often and never stopped. We will definitely be back soon!“
“Came in Friday night. I have been coming to this location since 1997. I’m a native to Emerald Hills. I ordered the duck. The duck Thai basil was awfully dried out. No one came to check on how we were. So naturally I ate it. 42 minutes wait time. Which is appropriate and we were warned. But no one checked on us till we were done eating. I would have loved to send it back. I will never order the duck again and I hope management and servers check on their tables more. Lover the nice upgrades. But service should come first.“
“In our old neighborhood in Coral Springs driving on Sample road heading to the Sawgrass and home... When my driving helper (wife) said she found a Sushi Thai place on the way.I had the Thai. Better half had SushiVery fresh and very goodCheck them out. Nice clean place with good service.Sorry no pics this timr“
“This place was really good. It wasn't very busy on a Tuesday around 2:30pm. I was just in time to catch the lunch special. The tofu curry I had was AMAZING. I'm not much of a sushi eater either, but what I had was just as amazing as the curry. The service was good, too. I thoroughly enjoyed myself.“
“Food is very good but service was not good. Staff was friendly but maybe she was having a bad day. After sit down we have to wave to get her attention to get our orders. We asked her about one dish which she explained and we ordered it, but she brought us totally different dish, when we said we don’t want it coz we didn’t ordered it, she was not happy. Clearly it was her mistake. She didn’t refilled water and we had kids with us which I guess made her more annoyed.“
“Friday nights are always busy here, but servers are always attentive and food service is quick. Food is always delicious! Even a little Christmas surprise this trip.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options, even though not on the menu. Can cook in oyster sauce instead of soy sauce if you ask the server.Kid-friendliness: Kids chopsticks“
“I was not disappointed with my experience. The place and the atmosphere were exactly what we were looking for. It is easy to find and there is free parking available. I had such a wonderful experience with our Brazilian waiter. Great prices and portions.“
“The place has a cute atmosphere about it... just don't look in the kitchen - it's clean, just not pretty. Doors? The staff are super attentive and friendly and the food is good, even if the menus need replaced. The bar is top notch.“
“Of all of the Thai/Japanese restaurants o have eaten ate, Talay Thai always is my favorite by far. The new location is beautiful and with lots of ambience. I often pick up an order to eat at home and am never disappointed. I ordered a roll for the first time and was impressed with it. Hard to describe exactly what the difference is. The ingredients were crispy and the flavors weren't muddled. The rice wasn't soggy and I could taste all the layers of the ingredients and it tasted like it was prepared just before I ordered. Often times the food looks pretty but doesn't live up to taste. They do it right in sight and taste.Vegetarian options: Many dishes can be made with no meat and coconut milk is vegan friendly.Dietary restrictions: So many options to pick from. Would be easy to find friendly food for some with dietary restrictions.Parking: Corner or Publix garage right off Atlantic east of federal. Parking on the street available within a few feet of the door depending on time of day.“
“This place is what you can call a very traditional restaurant! Me and my husband go here all the time. If you get the all you can eat sushi, please try to order without thinking with your eyes because you will get full pretty fast! Their salmon crab rolls, and miso soup are very good, and overall this place is legit sushi!“
“Sky Thai Sushi @skythaisushi?Ft.Lauderdale, FLFollow @eatzwithsweetz on ig and fb for more!Fresh and reasonably priced sushi right on Las Olas. The premium sake flight had me feeling right. The fried Shumai was tasty and I loved the sauce they served with it. “I didn’t think I could love this location anymore but I just dined in for lunch today. The beautiful atmosphere with the breeze, delicious food, and quality service just made it a dream. I could not believe their lunch specials and pricing. I can’t wait to have some more. Pro tip: their king of the sea soup is amazing! Check out my Instagram @jkroyality for more! :) ??“
“Wow, wow, and wow! Amazing and flavorful food that I haven't experienced to date in Thai cuisine! We ordered one of each of the servers' recommendations, and we are glad we did! We love to try new things, and everything we had tonight was new to us, and we loved it. We'd eat here every week if we lived around here. We can't recommend this restaurant enough if you like Thai!“
