Ordered 5 chicken boxes robot sent order for 1 waited 15 minutes after order then had to wait even longer for the order to be corrected.
Hamburgers were room temperature. We were fourth in the drive through lane and waited 35 minutes to get our food (two classic burgers). Employee apologized for the wait, but no reason was apparent for the severe delay.
Hate the drive thru robot but the burger is tasty and thats what is important.
