The three ring binder on the counter that says “Everyone thinks they have the best dog in the world - they aren’t wrong” and inside is hundreds of Polaroids of dogs who came through the drive through - with names. How personalized this chain restaurant is! Someone put a lot thought and commitment to this uplifting project. It brought me a lot of joy - thank you!!!! Obviously excellent management here! My only reason for not giving 5 stars is because drive through instant orders always seem to be prioritized over mobile orders placed far in advance. You’ll see people roll up and place instant orders and given their coffees within minutes. Mobile drive through orders are almost always “getting started for you” when you get to the speaker. Staff up Starbucks! You can afford it.“

“You guys have an excellent staff. I just had to transfer to a new work location in Ocala because the location in the city I live in shut down. It's a very long commute, and there are a lot of stressful and frustrating things going on right now as our systems are restructured.

I went through this Dunkin donuts drove thru today to get an iced coffee to help me power through the day, and I left laughing and smiling. I really couldn't have asked for better customer service, and I really needed a morale boost today. A huge thank you to the Dunkin Donuts team on College road! I'll definitely be back.“

“We used the app to order and even though we arrived before the order was ready (walk in) employees said they didn’t have our order. They finally found our two coffees in the drive thru area. Even though the sandwiches just arrived at the counter, when they’re really busy they must cut down the time the sandwiches are cooked in the microwave! Our sandwiches were cold!!!!“
