What a good find! Came for lunch after kayaking at silver springs state park and it was just the thing! Had the Shredded Beef Friday special (really delicious and flavorful, big enough to share for light eaters), empanadas(big!), and espresso (rich and dark and sweet). They start to run out of things (guava pastry, Columbia empanadas) pretty early in the day. Food came out quick and the waitstaff/owner were extremely friendly. Definitely a local gem
Ordered Palomilla steak...w yellow rice, black beans, and my fav. Plantains.Just like I remember it from 30+ years ago living in Miami. If I lived here I would definitely be back to try other dishes on the menu.AND I might add, it didn't break the bank for lunch!

Even a vegetarian or vegan can enjoy great Cuban food here. We ordered salad, MADUROS, beans, and rice, flan. a perfect meal the service was very good and the place was beautiful. we will definitely be back for our Cuban food and next time we’ll get a Mojito.Vegetarian options: Black beans and rice, sweet plantain, salad, café, con, Leche, flan, YumDietary restrictions: If use of imagination, vegetarian people can easily find a healthy delicious meal
