Papa John's in Ocala

“Hey I just want to give a shout out to you guys.. Dave was super cool and took care of me over a discrepancy!! In the past there was a Manager named Ashley that I wrote a bad review about. She’s gone now and Dave is there!! Total change in Customer service for the better and now it feels good to go back because Papa John’s is my favorite. Thank you guys for listening and I hope you guys notice Dave for being such a great guy to deal with!!“

“This is the cleanest pizza place I have ever visited. It smelled clean and looked clean. We were helped right away. The person that helped us was very nice, courteous and helpful. They have coloring papers and crayons for kids on the table by the door which is great. They are currently helping the Early Learning Center collect diapers so if you donate diapers then you can get a free large pizza. I plan to visit again and do recommend this location.“

“Papa John’s catered our Chamber After Hours event and did a great job. They provided plenty of pizza and wings for 200+ people, and everything was well organized. The pizzas were kept in warmers and stayed fresh throughout the entire evening.

Reliable, easy to work with, and the food was a hit. We’d definitely use Papa John’s again for a large event. Thanks again!“

“I just want to give a shout out to Sarah, who delivered a large order out to a secluded house in Marion Oaks on Friday June 17th. I made the order online from a friends house, not realizing that when I told her to text or call me if she had trouble finding the place that I was unable to receive texts or calls. Around the 1 hour mark when I checked the order via tracker and it had been labeled delivered, I tried to call the store directly to find out what was going on because I had no food. I couldn’t make the call from my cell (which is when I realized my phone wasn’t working in this remote location) and used my friend’s phone to try and call the home location. After 10 minutes on hold and still no pizza, I tried contacting the chat customer service personnel who redirected me to contact the home location. So I called back and while on hold for an additional 20 minutes, Sarah showed up with my order. She explained how she tried to contact me (which I received all my missed contacts from her once I drove back toward town later that night) and apologized for the lateness of the order, though it was absolutely no fault of her own. I tried to call the home location back the following day to adjust her tip and sing her praises for her dedication and diligence (I get lost every single time I go to this friends house, even using GPS…I would have definitely gone back to the home location in frustration) but was again unable to get through. I imagine they’re short-staffed so I'm hoping this message reaches the location and the ears and eyes of those who need to hear it. The food was great despite it taking a long time to reach us and Sarah deserves a raise and definitely a bonus! Thank you again!“
