We did an online order that was honestly far too huge. If you can drop $40 on 2 ppl at Taco Bell you about to get fat xD
We pulled up about 30 mins later, could have come whenever, and it turned out. . . There were only 2 employees on staff xD
Felt super bad for the ginormous order lol
They were very very kind while we waited and it didn't take that long at all.
What really set the experience apart though, we get home and crack into our haul and. . . It's DELICIOUS!!!
A lot of people might have been tempted to be mad about the big order or at the least be in a rush and make stuff small or sloppy.
But NO!
Everything was Super scrumptious and yummy. Some of the best taco bell we've ever had.
My only regret was not getting their names thinking it'd be on the receipt but ofc, online order.
So to these two employees who were alone at dinner on a Sunday at this store location on Sept. 21, 2025

“Great Taco Bell! Super nice staff, and the chicken quesadilla was very fulfilling. I also ordered the cantina bowl and it tasted great. Only 1 thing, make sure you ask for utensils as they may forget to include. Still very deserving of the 5 stats especially the wonderful staff I met today!“

“We were driving from New Port Richey to Hawthorne and stopped to rest, use the restroom and get a snack and a drink...the lobby was immaculate, the young man at the counter helped me with the kiosk to order, and the drive- thru attendant was pleasant and welcoming---- nicest Taco Bell I have ever been to! Kudos to the staff...made our day! Thank you so much!“
“Great food and service although it seems as if there's not enough help for the front counter and we always have to wait at least 5 minutes to get served if we have cash,... Other than that everyone's very helpful and nice and we get nice hot food that is yummy every time!“
“Ordered on the kiosk and was able to pay quickly with cash. Food was prepared correctly and hot. My only complaint is the lack of cheese for my nachos…the cheese cup was about 1/3 full and since it tapers down towards the bottom, there was not enough for even half my chips (see pic). Chips were a bit stale as well, but since there wasn’t enough cheese, it was no big deal.“
“To be fair, this is our favorite Taco Bell. They really hustle behind that counter and we have NEVER received a wrong order or a bad meal at this restaurant. But...
Today, we watched as a family brought a small dog into the restaurant in a dog stroller. They parked the stroller right beside their table that was located near the drink station. Every time anyone walked to the counter or to get drinks, the dog would bark loudly. This went on throughout our entire meal. The on/off barking frightened many customers and irritated everyone else. Today was NOT a good dine-in experience at all.
Perhaps Management can review Florida law concerning animals inside the restaurant? Maybe signage on the doors would help? Maybe even a few tables outside?
