“We live nearby and go all the time. Why? Great beer selection, good prices for craft beer, super nice staff, and totally chill vibe. They usually have food trucks or you can bring in any food you like. They have plenty of seating considering inside and out. They also allow dogs inside, which is great when the weather sucks. Also a covered area outside. Highly recommend. They also frequent have live music or games. Check it out!”

“What can I say, I’ve been here quite a few times. Today was my favorite time ever being here actually. I decided to let whatever server I got, choose everything I ate. And Aurora did not disappoint. I asked her about seafood and she told me why the lobster tacos might be the way to go. She talked about flavor balancing between different menu items and tried to explain to me all the showcasing of the different seafood and how it worked for flavor profiles. I asked her about side dishes to go with it. She told me all the standard side dishes and she saw that I was not over excited by any of the offerings and she suggested maybe the premium truffle ranch potatoes might be what I’m looking for. She was not wrong on any of it. Lobster was cooked to perfection and all of the items placed on that taco belong there. She was right the balance was there. I was surprised when I got the fries. I thought it was going to be drenched and something, but it wasn’t. But I tasted the truffle and the ranch and the sauce and the side was perfect next to those crispy fries. I did not want to jinx myself so I had her decide my dessert unknown to her what I was doing. She chose the pistachio bread pudding. Not something I would ever get. It was delicious. I’m not going to lie. My only complaint is it needs more ice cream because it is so decadent and rich. Just get an extra side dish of more ice cream, you’ll thank me. Aurora you are a great server and I hope RusTeak knows it. Thank you for making tonight epic for me. I am stuffed and happy.”

“We had a wedding shower Bella Tuscany in Ocoee on Sunday. The room was the perfect size, the food was outstanding (we did a brunch), and the service was amazing. A big shout out to Barb and her staff who helped us make the shower so memorable.”

It's a taste of our first home in NY, where we regulary visited their related restaurants Pio Pio #1 and Pio Pio #2 in Woodhaven and Jackson Heights.. we thought we had lost that forever until we came Pio Pio in Ocoee. All the tastes and flavors are exact, if not better than NY. While all their offerings are delicious, the roasted chicken is what Pio Pio is famous for and a must try when visiting for the first time..”

“La Fonda is fantastic! We moved to Orlando from Tucson and have been searching in vain for really good Mexican food here. La Fonda doesn't disappoint. Anything with salsa Verde works well for me, particularly the wet burrito. They have a decent mole sauce as well! And the owners are sweet and happy to have you there. Wish we could bring in a crowd, the food is worth coming to Ocoee for.”

“Visited Fogata today for the first time. The tacos were delicious— filled with fresh, flavorful ingredients. Tried three different meats - chicken, steak, and carnitas - none disappointed, but the carnitas were our favorite. The chips and salsa had a homemade feel and added the perfect crunch and zing to start the meal. The rice and beans were equally as flavorful with great seasoning. This place serves up great, authentic flavors, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious Mexican meal!”

The Al Pastor Burrito especially… man, that thing is on another level. Perfectly seasoned, juicy, and packed the way a burrito should be. “I'm the executive chef at That One Place in Williston, FL. So funny how people that never met can have similar ideas. This was a Mom and Pop shop in Ocoee, FL (because we were in Orlando for restaurant supplies) and on their menu, they have That One Burger and That One Salad. It was really cool!! They definitely turnt it up with love in their food!! I had the salmon burger with garlic aoli, bean sprouts, feta cheese, red onion and tomatoes with a side of bacon and corn Mac and cheese. Absolutely delicious!! Bae built his own burger with lettuce, pickles, mayo, mustard and ketchup with their regular fries. If y'all are out that way, definitely worth a stop!!”

(Really). so I just changed it to hash browns and toast. And waited on that while everything else got cold. Had to get up and get our own silverware off the counter because we could not get a waitress attention. Food was good (what was available) but the service was awful. My third time there. First two times was good.”

“What a hidden gem! We went for late lunch on a weekday and were seated right away. The lunch specials are super affordable, and I couldn't believe how quickly our food was ready. (And yay, chips and salsa are automatically brought out at no extra charge! :D ) I was also really happy to be able to get "guacamole salad" (tomatoes and lettuce plus a scoop of guac) instead of rice and beans (which I don't love but seem to always come with Mexican dishes). Our servers were attentive and friendly throughout, and the restaurant was extremely clean. Definitely recommend!”

“At this time, this Tropical Smoothie Cafe is fairly new in this area. The staff are really swift in making orders. The staff is patient, usually most are kind. Very positive atmosphere. Not to much interaction between staff and customer other than taking customer orders. Still a good vibe and the smoothies and food are usually always consistent and on point here. And it smells clean in there too. Definitely will come here a lot. They’re great, almost as good as my fav Winter Park Location.”

“I was visiting Orlando last weekend, and just started turning corners. I pulled into the gas station in Ocoee, saw the food truck, and decided to check it out. I am so glad I did. I ordered the conch fritters and cracked conch with pigeon peas and rice. The conch fritters were a bit greasy but delicious. In every bite, I was able to taste the herbs as well as the conch. The sauce was amazing. The marrying of the flavors in the conch fritters and the sauce was divine. The cracked conch was perfectly fried, and the pigeon peas and rice was tasty. The next time I'm in the greater Orlando area, I will be returning.”

“I had stopped going to Starbucks locations several years ago because the teams were always so disconnected and not engaged in their work. It felt cold and robotic, and my drinks were always bad.

I moved to Apopka in October, and can't stay out of this place!

I'm greeted by name, and even though I keep switching up... they pretty much know my usual. I get a delightful quick chat while the baristas finish my drink. I even got some really good TV and movie recommendations.

Like any food business, sometimes there's a line, and occasionally my order takes longer than usual but nothing deserving of a reduced rating. It's life, get a grip!
