“I had top-notch service from Lee this morning. She was so considerate of me, my phone call, and helping me navigate the menu. Service is everything for me, so this is an easy 5 star in my book! There is no issue parking at all, the food came fast and fresh, the place was clean with a nice outdoor seating.. everything was great. I love First Watch - its a chain but always fresh, clean and a nice experience“

“We stopped here on our way back from our hotel after a weekend in Disney. It was a Sunday around 11am wait was 30 min, walked around the little gift shopped ad strip mall. The servers were nice, food was good. Prices are decent for being 15 from the parks“

“I must say this location left a lasting impression! We’ve been to other First Watch restaurants before, but this one truly stood out for its attention to detail, warm hospitality, and how well they handled every part of our visit.
One of the biggest challenges I usually face when dining out for breakfast or brunch is getting my eggs cooked “medium” a seemingly simple request that rarely comes out right. Too often, the yolk is completely cooked through or the whites are left too soft and runny, which can really throw off the meal. But here? They nailed it. The eggs were cooked to absolute perfection, with a nice runny center and fully cooked whites—just how I like them. It might seem like a small thing, but for me, it’s a huge deal and a rare win in breakfast dining. I genuinely appreciated the kitchen staff for taking the time to get it right.
We also tend to order quite a bit of food—yes, there were only two of us, but we love to sample a variety of dishes. Because of that, we usually ask for a booth and a large table so everything fits comfortably. I know some places can be a bit resistant to this when it’s just two people, but the staff here was extremely accommodating. They kindly asked us to wait for a booth to open, and even though we expected it might take a while, it was ready in less than five minutes. That little gesture made a big difference, and it set the tone for what turned out to be an absolutely pleasant dining experience.
Throughout the meal, the service continued to shine. Everyone we interacted with from the host to the server was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about creating a great experience for us. It’s that kind of customer service that truly sets a place apart.
The food overall was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We enjoyed every bite, and the relaxed, clean, and well-lit dining area made for a perfect brunch setting. The booth was comfy, the coffee flowed easily, and we never felt rushed.
This First Watch location just gets it right from the kitchen staff who respect how you want your food prepared, to the front-of-house team who go the extra mile to make you feel welcomed and accommodated. It’s rare to find a place that checks all the boxes, but this one does.
We’ll definitely be returning and recommending it to friends and family in the area. Huge kudos to the entire team at this First Watch, thank you for a delicious, stress-free, and feel-good brunch experience. You’ve earned loyal customers with this visit!“

“This morning our family went to IHOP in Apopka FL. and our waitress Candice was awesome. The best waitress we have ever had there. Kind, attentive, smiling, and arranged a happy birthday song w.ice cream for my father in law. He loved it, we were all thankful. We tipped her very well, she deserved it.“

“This was a great little spot to eat at for a brunch, not too loud. Its not too far from Citywalk or Epic in a shopping plaza. The food was great from classic options to healthy food choices serving breakfast & lunch only. The kids enjoyed the pancakes, hubby enjoyed a breakfast bagel sandwich while I enjoyed an avocado tomatoe toast with eggs & bacon. We will visit in the future.“

“This is one of the best Egg Breakfast/Lunch spots I’ve ever eaten at. And the food was perfectly prepared. 2 eggs (SSU), bacon, pork sausage & toast. Coffee and staff were also amazing. Highly recommend this spot! It’s just like dinner food, but with a hometown modern feel with the music and friendly staff. Clover pay your guest was seamless. Again, this place is 5 stars!!“

“IHOP, is not a diner but it is a restaurant. I stopped in after the lunch rush and the restaurant was quiet. Almost empty. My server was a lovely woman who took great care of me. The restaurant is running a special right now, which lowers the cost considerably. I went with my usual and paid more. Unfortunately, the pancakes were a bit under cooked. Normally, the food is pretty uniform no matter where you are in IHOP World. Today, it was a little off. Thus my lower, rating.“

“Miss Kimberly was an absolutely lovely person. She served my nephew and I when we went to the store and made his birthday so special. She offered him his favorite, chocolate chip pancakes and hashbrowns. He ate EVERY bite and wanted more. I had the breakfast chicken tacos which were so good. The eggs were fluffy and the chicken and veggies were perfectly cooked. She paid special attention to my dairy allergy and talked directly to the kitchen to make sure that I wasn’t going to have any reactions. Absolutely LOVE this location. Always 10/10 stars for me. My nieces and nephews always request it when they come visit, and for a very good reason. Thank you to all the lovely staff there!
Dietary restrictions: They are very attentive to any type of allergies you might have and do their absolute best to make sure you are comfortable with what you’re going to be eating. They really care!“

“We had amazing service when we went in this morning. We've never been here so it was nice to just stop by and check it out. ?
I have to say the food was quick and fresh a little bland. But I definitely would go back again and try something else the other pictures seem very enticing to try something with fruit or the French toast.
The food portion was great and we shared it.
Ordered hot water with lemon and she gave us extra hot water in the tall cups it was perfect. ❤️
