They close at 11pm and at 932pm and the young girl in the back on this shift yell to the restaurant what h see is what h get and they were not making anymore food. That’s horrible
I was today at this store I never see a bad service like that and the store like this. Nasty floor, prepare bowls area super dirty with a lot of food (losing food cost) and beverage area missing silvers dirty soda machine losing ice and floor totally nasty. I look around the store and I see there is no management or missing employees. This make the store in bad shape and the brand losing trust and have a bad reputation. I hope I collaborate with the corporate.
I placed an online group order for pickup later in the day today at this location. I didn’t realize the manager had reached out twice to my husband to let him know their grill wasn’t working properly and we could reach out to chipotle for a refund on the order because my husband was at work at the time and was unable to check his phone.
