“(Continuation from previously started comment) The very nice lady bartender asked a couple of people after I explained everything to her but nobody lived in Clearwater. At this point I started crying because I had no idea how I was going to get home. A few minutes later Jim (bartender/manager on duty) approached me and asked me my address. He said, "I'm getting you an Uber. Nobody has done something this nice for me forever. He found out how long for the ride and offered me a drink while I waited. Thank you sooo much Jim. As soon as I can get a car, I will definitely be patronizing Jack Willies Bar. The world needs more people like you!!!!“

“Table of 4 adults, 4 kids loved it. Huuuge portions. Super burrito was the size of a man's arm. Taco was the size of a human though. I did the create-your-own with tamales and a chile relleno, served with rice and refried beans. We were all happy with our food. Before we ordered we were served complementary chips and a thin salsa. Most of us took home half of the plated food in containers.“

“We haven’t been to Chili’s in quite a while, but decided to stop in. It wasn’t extremely busy but the hostess said they just sat a party of 10 and didn’t want to overwhelm the kitchen and asked if we would mind waiting about 15 minutes. We decided to wait and it wasn’t five minutes before someone came over to seat us. We were greeted right away by our server, Noah, who was awesome! We both ordered a Presidente Margarita which came out very quickly. Our order also came out very quickly. The food was really good! The chicken fajitas could’ve fed two people easily. The chicken was very tender and tons of onions and peppers. The manager even stopped by to ask how everything was, which was a pleasant surprise.“

“Without a doubt, this is the dodgiest dive bar in all of Florida. It is a perfect disaster in the making. I'm fairly sure the only thing keeping the building from falling into the Anclote River is the habit of standing still for over a hundred years. I had the unique pleasure to sit and enjoy a few beers with the bartender, Cici, and a longtime local patron, Mike. Cici was a great host and shared stories about the old establishment, as did Mike. It is unfortunate that these places are getting mowed over in Florida all in the false claim of "progress". I'm thrilled to have found The Boat Club, and truly hope it survives for another 100 years.“

“I absolutely love going to LBC and I have truly never had a bad experience, but I had to write a review after yesterday's experience in particular. Yesterday was the Father's Day Car Show and it was truly amazing! Dasha did a phenomenal job putting this event together and it was the perfect way to celebrate Father's Day and be with family. The parking lot was packed with cars, there were vendors, a DJ, raffles, drink and food specials, and great people. With a great car show going on outside and customers coming in to eat, I was blown away at how well the staff at LBC handled the crowd. Dasha, you were absolutely amazing, not only did you plan the entire car show, but you also made your rounds to speak with everyone and make sure everyone was taken care of and having a good time. I will definitely be attending more of your car shows or really any event you plan because my best experiences at LBC seem to be when you are my server/bartender or you're the master mind behind fun events like Disney Night. We are Lions fans, and the game was on several TV's and viewable from any seat. Our waitress was very efficient and her food recommendation was excellent. I had a ? spinach ? with ? ?.

The service at bar was slow but expected with only one person doing the work. Our food order was slow as well but definitely worth the wait. Best BLT in years!!! Loved that they have a RUSH pinball machine ? Will definitely be going back! I would have given 5 stars but will call this a 4.5 only because service was slow.“

“We were looking for a local bar that had the golden tee game. Five star review on yelp. We were visiting from out of town, some family and friends in Tarpon Springs. After finding this bar on the GT app. We plan to go the following day. When we arrived, we did not know about the cash only but that was all right with us. Just wish we would’ve had a heads up to bring more cash. Bartender was one of the coolest and friendliest people around. Four guys playing golf drinking beer and eating pizza for about $50. At first, we were hesitant on the pizza because it was frozen, but then after discussion with the bartender about the history that it is a locally made pizza that is shipped all over the US. We decided to try it and are so glad that we did very good even worth getting shipped to Saint Augustine. You guys should shoot some video and take some more photos of what you guys offer inside. It would really help when people are searching in the area. After spending four hours at your establishment, we would love to help you guys with any social media content. So when the next person research they will be able to find you. Thank you for the hospitality and a good time. We will definitely be back.“

We planned a visit to Buffalo Charlie’s, turns out Art was recognized by the owner cooking our meal from Buffalo baseball teams he ran back in the day! Small world indeed! On top of that food was Great reminiscent of back home! Bologna, Beef and Chicken top notch, Gennie beer too! We’ll be back!“

The hotel felt a little bit dated but it was clean and comfortable. We were there during the off season so there were not a lot of people there. The room rates were very affordable compared to other spa hotels in the area.“
