“I live in the area so this is my to go subway. So far, I never had a problem here. My orders always came out perfect, fresh and tasty. Staff is nice, patient and attentive. I always ask for some additional sauces to go and they pleasantly add it. Their positive attitude makes us feel welcome.“

“I wouldn't say that I am a "regular" but I do come over once in a while. The level of customer service is excellent. Both Miriam and Alba are highly attentive to the customer. So much so, that they pretty much already know what I want on my sub as I walk through the door. On top of it they are both hilarious. Not once have I walked out of this Subway without laughing. It is nice to be remembered and to have a good time while the sub gets prepared.“

“I saw an ad for this sandwich place on Instagram so my son and I went today and it was worth the trip from Cutler Bay to Doral for these sandwiches!! We didnt realize there were other eateries inside as well but we went for the sandwiches and man oh man… AMAZING! So fresh, bread was crunchy and just makes you want more!!
Their tomato basil soup was also very good and I got some to go!!
Just mine was a half sandwich and soup and I couldnt finish my sandwich, my son took part of his whole sandwich home as well. It was so filling and worth the ride there!!! We will be back!!

Rhonda, who assisted us, was an absolute dream to speak to—so friendly and kind. She went above and beyond to help us pick the perfect dinner for my husband and I. We mentioned that we were taking the food to the hospital to be with my father-in-law, and she packaged everything with such love and care.

The rest of the staff were just as lovely, making the whole experience even better. The spuds were delicious, but honestly, the service alone is worth coming back for. Highly recommend this place!“

“Move over Publix subs.... Jersey Mike's in Miami Lakes is giving you competition. They start with fresh baked bread that's soft and not too crusty. Then they freshly slice the meats and cheese right in front of you for your sandwich. The taste is amazing. Their original Italian sub is on point. The place is clean and inviting, with friendly staff and great service. We will definitely be back soon.“

“After hearing about their quality subs for years, while living in the city of Miami where there are none, I finally tried them last week. Their Philly cheese steak was fantastic! Perfect ratio of meat, cheese, mushrooms and onions. I also tried my friend's Tuna sandwich, and that was delicious as well. The only thing I will change next time is getting my bread toasted, the default is room temperature bread. I wish they had more locations, the subs seemed vastly superior to Subway and better than Publix's as well.“

“Fantastic spot! Out of all the coffee spots I have gone to its the best taste. They really make it fresh and no reuse the coffee grounds. Best Cafe Con Leche. “I exercise rather frequently at the Crunch Fitness across the street from this Jersey Mikes. And I've got to say, its always a delight to swing by this location in particular. In my own personal experience, every sandwich that has been prepared for me here has always satisfied that aching post-workout hunger that everyone is familiar with. Three employees in particular: Bruno, Mary, and Pierce, have always provided me with excellent service. They're quick to take orders, quick to prepare/serve, professional, cordial, and most importantly, they prepare mouth-frothing subs. Additionally, this location in particular exudes a very homey feel. This could possibly be attributed to the size of the establishment, or the conduct of its employees, but its a really nice change of pace from the bustling, and crowded environments I'm more accustomed with at other Jersey Mikes locations. So what's the consensus? I highly recommend this Jersey Mike's location for anyone and any circumstance.“
