“It’s an all new Cicis! Quite literally this used to be a once in a blue moon visit just due to the lack of….well everything.
I did not expect to walk in with my family to a complete 180. The new management is so kind and friendly! The restaurant is a million times cleaner and I truly felt like as a customer, we mattered. It was a huge enough shift that I had to ask if it was a new owner.
