“Okay so I had to delete my last review to post another, I hve been goin here for a few years & the last time I was there I now know the name Juan someone new, has attitude when asked a question..The reason I go here is bc of the customer service I get, Jacob, Brittany, Jack & a few tht no longer work there, but I been in customer service for a very long time, I've been rewarded #1 in customer service & know tht getting service he gives will send ppl else where like myself, he's snotty & the smirk on his face said it all. Had to ask twice before I got answer I was needing, all I can say is need to get rid of him before u hve bigger issues bc of the attitude he gives, thank to me knowing the others &knowing thts not the service u normally get i wouldn't ever come back.. 100% horrible person, needs to learn how to treat others.. BIG thanks to JACOB who fixed the coffee tht was also horrible tht day!“
