I really like the food here, but unfortunately the customer service and professionalism need some improvement. They have a phone number listed, but it’s very difficult to get someone to answer when you call. Even when you go into the store, there’s usually no one at the front, and it can take a while before someone comes out to take your order.

I prefer the Oak Ridge location over Hiwassee. I visited Hiwassee on Wednesday, the staff member was rude and not welcoming. However, at Oak Ridge, the lady at the front desk greeted me with a warm smile and clearly explained my order. It’s not often you receive such kind service. Congratulations to Miss Marie for the excellent customer service!
