“Wow, the best Burger King I've ever visited. They have a young man with very good energy who took great care of me. Drive thru, his name is Jose. I really have to mention him! The food was all super fresh and fast! Very good boy on the night shift.“

“I love this particular burger king. Usually i have bad luck with most other locations but this is the only burger king I trust. I eat here for lunch most days during my work break cause it's the most convenient place nearby and my god the food is always fresh, fries and burgers everytime. I wouldn't say all the workers are the friendliest but I definitely can vouch they all take their jobs serious. They all need to be making more than whatever a corporation pays then just for running that store so professional.“

“Honestly ive live in the area for over 20years and have gone to this location sinc i was a kid. This burger king went from good to terrible over the years. Stopped eating there after a while because it was so nasty. But ever since they rebuilt it, everythings really good again. Food tastes great probably because they redid all the appliances. Place is very clean too“

“The new manager her name is Miss d she is very awesome she comes from Wendy's I used to go to Wendy's just to see her and now that she's at my other favorite restaurant Burger King where she rules I love her attitude she's great with people she's friendly she will help you out if you don't know anything about the menu she was suggest items for you I go there just to see her I go there Thursday Friday and Saturday because I know she do not work Monday and Tuesday so I go there just to see her because she makes my day I will continue going to the Burger King where she works I will follow her to every job she has if I have my own company I would want someone like her to be by my side for my business when I come she greets me there's never a long wait even though it only be her and the kitchen person but they move fast she needs her own store if you ask me“

“Went in today 9/8/25, bought a regular Whapper #1 on the menu. It was amazing! The fries were hot and crispy, and really enjoyed the meal here today. The burger at the end got a little messy with all the lettuce and mayo going everywhere. But even better because was tastier like that lol.“

“Much to my great Delight, this is one of the nicest Burger Kings I have visited recently, I had a custom Double Whopper, fries and onion rings and a large Coke, everything was hot and fresh, staff polite.. my only issue was the soft drinks machine had no ice but I can live with that, more restaurants should be like this!“

Parking: There is plenty of parking. Just make sure to enter and exit off of S.R. 50/Colonial Dr. Due to Sam's Club

“Me and my girlfriend came to this store at almost midnight and we felt the need to leave a review because the woman who helped us (Amber) was so friendly and sweet. She was upbeat and our interaction with her made our night! Give miss Amber a raise!!“

“No ingredients stood out, as I am a vegan and for health reasons, stay away from most ingredients.

Dietary restrictions: I would not recommend this place to ppl who are diabetic or have HTN or any kind of stomach issues. Otherwise, it's a good place to eat when on the run.

Parking: Good location and fast service.

Kid-friendliness: I'm not sure!! But previously, I had gone there with my children, and they had great accommodations. They had high high chairs for the kids.

“Franchesca is very helpful, always nice, & good excellent customer service. She’s really good being a cashier, there are a lot of places that care about the Drive-thru then the customers at the front desk, But she made sure I have my order(Top star employee☺️😇)

Elisiana is also helpful, I don’t remember if she spoke Spanish or not, but she was helpful towards my grandma“

“the place has done a complete 180 from its original staff. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Food service was delivered promptly and everything I ordered was hot and fresh. staff was kind hearted. the lobby was cleaned and the bathroom wasn't smelly like other restaurants I've been to. This is an exceptional upgrade from its original team.“

I order the same thing for breakfast every time I go.What’s annoying is on Saturdays the team just straight up doesn’t make biscuits. “not me tearing up in the whopper bar at citywalk — even the smallest of interactions just on property of a theme park. you start to see the brilliance and beauty of humanity. the interactions between not only staff and customer, but park goer to park goer … you see some of the most beautiful tear jerking moments. whether it’s the general manager remembering a customer from yesterday and making a point to bring it up in interaction with a smile, customers standing next to each other as they wait for food and complimenting each others outfits and chatting over their favorite fandoms. I felt so lucky to sit alone and realize that I wasn’t in fact alone, there were a bunch of kind and compassionate strangers around me who would care if I was having a good time too.. That is the beauty of going to a place like this, where magic and child like spirits are celebrated. As we all put on our Burger King hats like we were kids again, just for one day✨“

“I can’t say enough good things about the amazing team at the Burger King in SODO! They helped us feed our middle school theater troupe — over 100 hungry kids — and they went above and beyond every step of the way.

The general manager, Jesus, was absolutely incredible — kind, organized, and genuinely committed to making sure everything went perfectly. A huge shout-out also to Elizabeth, who worked right alongside him with such a great attitude and smile the entire time. The whole staff was friendly, fast, and so professional.

The restaurant was spotless, the food was hot and fresh, and everything was ready exactly when we needed it. And when we realized all the food barely fit in my SUV, Jesus even offered to follow me in his own car to help deliver it! That kind of thoughtfulness and teamwork is so rare these days.

“Went to get a burger on 9/9/2025, a little black dude was working the mic, cashier and brought our burger out to us after waiting. Even though the place was busy, he was polite, quick and even accommodated my carnivore diet burger modification request. I joked with my wife that i think he is running the whole store. Definitely an assett to bk qnd he even remembered napkins. Dude deserves a raise.“

“The night time workers definitely show their frustration that customers enjoy coming here. I understand cause it be busy and they work hard. I work 3 jobs and have to come here like 3 times a week and grab the kids a bite before I run to the next job. So I don't have time to COOK every single day! And we love the food here cause when yall make it yall be on top of yall stuff!!!! The food be fresh and hot !! We appreciate it !! But dang don't assume people don't cook! “There was an older black gentleman today calling the numbers and giving the food to the customers. The man needs a raise or some kind of recognition. The guy had one of the best attitudes in a fast food environment I’ve seen in a while. Tons of people, he handled it great and with a great personality. Also a bonus here, it’s not any more expensive here than in a stand alone store.“
