“Melissa deserves a whole raise, promotion, and employee of the century award immediately 😭🔥 From the second I walked in, she treated me like royalty. She was beyond sweet, insanely patient, reliable, and had the kind of customer service that honestly makes your entire day better. When she said “you rule,” I almost fell out because who even spreads that much positivity anymore?! 😂 Every Burger King needs a Melissa because she single-handedly turned a regular food run into a 5-star luxury experience. I’m not even joking when I say I would drive across town just to come back to this location because of her energy alone. Absolute legend 🔥👑“

“Whenever I go to Burger King I'm always getting the trio for $7, 3 original chicken sandwiches and two apple pies for sometimes three apple pies, the trio you can mix it up it's not only just a sandwich you can mix it up with fries or the drinks it's basically a trio, plus there is the devil in the two sandwiches two drinks or two fries or you know what I mean.“

“I hadn’t been to this Burger King location in many years, and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised! The customer service was excellent, friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment I walked in.

“To order off line my burger was kinda slupy. Waited with my hand out as the server held my food talking to another costumer to the point I reach for my food. Another costumer and I look at each other in laughter. Over all nice places to eat if u need time alone. Food was fresh“

Its a love hate thing here. I was once told by an employee at this location she hadnt been paid for a month, so I understand the bad attitudes of the employees. But today I Went to drive thru, I was told to go inside
Went inside, waited behind 1 customer who was custom ordering, for 10 minutes. Staff never addressed me.
After 10 minutes I left, AND THEN THE STAFF FOLLOWED ME OUT TO GIVE FOOD TO SOMEONE WHO ORDERED IN THE DRIVE THRU, SMILING AND LAUGHING AS I LEFT WHILE I WAITED INSIDE FOR 10 MINUTES NO ONE TALKED TO ME.
UNBELIEVABLE.
Just close the place already, the owners have failed.“

“If I could give more stars a would. An elderly couple came in and looked a little intimidated by the kiosk. The manager came out and offered to take the order. “the place has done a complete 180 from its original staff. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Food service was delivered promptly and everything I ordered was hot and fresh. staff was kind hearted. the lobby was cleaned and the bathroom wasn't smelly like other restaurants I've been to. “Chic Fila is my go to when I'm flying out of MCO. But since its Sunday, BK was my only option. You have ample seating to eat in case you have time to eat n chill before your flight. Breakfast for under $10 in airports are unheard of these days. But with the #1. u eat for less than $10 and you are full. Surprisingly despite having no flavored creamer, the coffee was great. Customer service was quick. Its a good second option if ur go to is closed.“
