“Great experience at this Domino’s. Pizza was hot, fresh, and made just right. Shoutout to the insiders working hard behind the scenes and the manager Jamie for keeping everything running smoothly. Everyone was friendly and you can tell they have a good team here. Definitely deserves 5 stars!“

“Set our food would be done at a certain time.But we got there, and it was not done. Parking was ridiculous. There was nowhere to park.So people were pulled in behind people and caused a big mess.People were having a back out to get into space.As people were leave.“

“Accidentally put wrong hotel address in the delivery system when I ordered online. Someone accepted our order without telling the delivery driver it wasn't them who ordered. Basically theft. Manager Robert helped us out cancelling out the original order so we could reorder without having to pay double.“

“The guy that was working the night shift of March 8 was great! Very prompt service very very kind with the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed even on our small order and the lava cakes were just delicious! So glad we didn't get the lava cake from Applebee's, where the service was horrible.“

“I have to admit I’m very impressed with this location. There was a small issue with my order and the customer service was second to none.

I have been to this location many times in the past with zero issues so I knew the issue was an isolated issue due to an extremely busy night.

Other businesses could learn a thing or two about customer service from this location.“

“It’s Dominos…not my usual suspect for Pizza, but was staying nearby, and had a picky eater to feed.
Customer service was super friendly, my order was fresh out of the oven when I arrived. Only thing I would suggest, that may make this location more efficient is, since there’s parking out back. Maybe make a spot for folks to pick up orders. I imagine it gets nuts during peak season, and having everyone run around in the rain to pick up pizza might slow business 🤷‍♂.
Either way, my experience here was great.“

“The manager there, Gustavo is amazing and treats his customers correctly, but also treats his employees the best I order here quite a few times a month usually at night because I work during the day or late night and Christian is always my delivery driver and he’s very cute. I’m very attentive and very kind. I appreciate his service all the time you guys deserve to keep him and keep getting tips“

“I’ve been coming to this location for years and recently the service I’ve received has been great, the pizza is always so fresh and tasty. The manager Lyna always hooks it up even when I show up 30 minutes before closing, she always makes sure everything is correct, excellent staff and quick service!!“

“I order takeout so I use the Domino's app. Great option for eating on campus and the app has a lot of coupon options so my meal is super cheap. I just arrived and picked my order quickly and was able to leave. They took about 10 min to make my order.“

“The delivery driver at this location went above and beyond to get my food to my in a complex that is difficult to navigate especially since I was injured. Geraldo was compassionate and made sure I got my food as quick as possible. I let the general manager know as well and she was very professional and kind as well. Impressed-Thank you so much!!!“

He's always working diligently, professional, friendly, polite and informative. He helped me improve my orders and he appears to be an exceptional leader. “Tried bruton blv dominos first who were totally useless - after 1.5 hours i eventually cancelled and then phoned this branch - 10 mins later all sorted, great service - My key tip to europeans though is don’t go thin and crusty, the cardbox would taste better. The app sucks btw.“

“I saw this guy working very hard on my pizzas. He looks like playing 3 screens of the game ‘overcooked’ at the same time. I saw eight orders on the waiting list meanwhile three customers waiting in line at the check out, the phone was ringing and the pizza machine was time beeping also. I would be cray if I were him. There was only him, one staff in the shop. But he still deal with all the things one by one then made me a best pizza of the this year! More than I expected and great job! That served me, he is VERY HELPFUL, POSITIVE ATTITUDE AND VERY FAST! ive never seen a manager working the front and window he was literally doing everything and with a smile on his face! “I participated in my son's fund raiser for his daycare and was disappointed that neither location accepted the card for the buy 1 large get 1 large free even though the Lockhart location was listed as one on the site but thankfully the Edgewater location had a managers special which made up for the drive, I saved money and the store was super clean and staff super sweet and helpful made it a win win for me. “I haven't been to Domino's in a very long time. There just happened to be one in the plaza that I went into. That is why I did not do a written review. Although Domino's Pizza is okay in my book. It's not a fan favorite of mine. It used to be way back in the day until they made a lot of changes and the pizza just didn't seem like it was any good anymore. But you know what certain pizza is not for certain people. I'm sure there are plenty of people that love your pizza and I used to. My tastes have changed since then. It's not that your pizza's bad“

“Domino's is pretty much what you expect it to be. The pizza is good, the prices are reasonable, and it's a solid option when you want something quick and affordable. It's not the best pizza you'll ever have, but it's consistently decent and offers good value for the money. For the price, it's hard to find a better option.“

“I ordered 2 pizzas and although they forgot the buffalo sauce on the pizzas, they comped them for me. They were incredibly nice and I’m not sure what the managers name was but I appreciated her comping my pizzas for their mistake. The pizzas were otherwise super good. Amazing service“

“Stopped by Domino's for the medium one-topping pizza deal, but found out the special is online only and can't be ordered in-store. It was easy enough to place the order through the app, but it's something to know before you go. Other than that, everything was fine!“

“This was a carry out order and we got there and it was ready. We usually have to wait(at a competitors) longer than we've been told. The pizza was very good, the people were nice and it was an easy place to get in and out of. We'll be back.“

“Maurice made the best pizza I’ve ever had from Domino’s. Perfect pie. Fresh handcrafted, texture, portions, it hit every note. Honestly I’ve never had a better pizza from Domino’s. Have this guy train everyone, even the CEO!

“I had a problem with my order. The pizzas were over cooked and not cut properly. LET ME SHOUT OUT MEGAN THOUGH!!!!! After I Expressed my problem, she immediately told me that they are fixing it, no more questions asked. She was absolutely a breath of fresh air. These days you don't want to complain because most of the time you get an argument back from the employee, not with Megan. She listened and was apologetic. Very sincere and a breath of fresh air. She made sure that all the details were correct for the replacement order. I will not be ordering from another pizza place all because of MEGAN and how she handled and fixed my problem! I literally told her that she made me want to apply and work there. THANK YOU MEGAN!“
