Domino's Pizza in Orlando

“I have been to Domino's 18 times in the last 14 months, and I want to compliment your employee Audriana for always being so pleasant to deal with.

First, she seems to be the only employee in the store working whenever I see her, as in she is running the entire operation without any extra help. Second, my order is always accurate and ready on time. Lastly, she is always so friendly and has come to recognize me by my name, so when I walk in, she immediately grabs my order to bring it to me without me even saying anything!

This type of premier customer service is extremely rare these days, and I think she should be recognized for her contributions towards Domino's reputation and return business. I have stopped spending money at other restaurants if I feel like my orders are a burden to the employees due to their attitude, but I will continue to consistently spend at this Domino's because I know my order will be correct and given out with friendliness. “This location is the best! ALWAYS CLEAN work stations and bathroom! Sierra The General manager is always very Polite and clean! She constantly washes her hands as well as her staff! Most places dont think of all the items being touched then making your pizza, BUT this location gets it! With Ericaa and Sierra I know everytime I come I dont have to worry or watch the process! “Unlike most people, I've never had issues with deliveries from this location or any because I'm very specific in the delivery instructions and im always there when the driver arrives. I ALWAYS track my order on the dominoes app (as you should).
Today I placed an order via the app. I messed up and forgot to add something for an order i placed the order to be delivered couple of hours from now. The lady who answered (Lee) was very courteous and helpful and I thank her for assisting me in modifying my order.“

“Accidentally put wrong hotel address in the delivery system when I ordered online. Someone accepted our order without telling the delivery driver it wasn't them who ordered. Basically theft. Manager Robert helped us out cancelling out the original order so we could reorder without having to pay double.“

“The guy that was working the night shift of March 8 was great! Very prompt service very very kind with the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed even on our small order and the lava cakes were just delicious! So glad we didn't get the lava cake from Applebee's, where the service was horrible.“

I have been to this location many times in the past with zero issues so I knew the issue was an isolated issue due to an extremely busy night.

He was kind enough to replace a Pizza that was ordered through doordash, which causes a big delay, and there was a huge convention in town period I will definitely keep ordering from domino's because their pizza is the best that I have had in the area“

“The delivery driver at this location went above and beyond to get my food to my in a complex that is difficult to navigate especially since I was injured. Geraldo was compassionate and made sure I got my food as quick as possible. I let the general manager know as well and she was very professional and kind as well. Impressed-Thank you so much!!!“

Ordered delivery to my house. Food was fast, driver was friendly and efficient, and behold..! the pizza was so fresh and hot. It's exactly how I wanted it. It's some kind of permutation on Hawaiian, and yes I like pineapple on my pizza.
Also they remembered my beloved packets; can't forget the packets. Sorry I ate so much before taking a picture I was too excited.“

“I order takeout so I use the Domino's app. Great option for eating on campus and the app has a lot of coupon options so my meal is super cheap. I just arrived and picked my order quickly and was able to leave. They took about 10 min to make my order.“

“The manager there, Gustavo is amazing and treats his customers correctly, but also treats his employees the best I order here quite a few times a month usually at night because I work during the day or late night and Christian is always my delivery driver and he’s very cute. “Tried bruton blv dominos first who were totally useless - after 1.5 hours i eventually cancelled and then phoned this branch - 10 mins later all sorted, great service - My key tip to europeans though is don’t go thin and crusty, the cardbox would taste better. The app sucks btw.“

“9/26/25 I ordered the $9.99 Any topping Pizza Deal. I picked up my pizza at around 10:20 PM which I believe was made by Ashley (Not 100% sure). Either way it was most certainly the best pizza I've ever gotten from Dominos but it was also in the Top 10 pizzas I've had of all time. Whoever it was that made that pizza that night needs some love.

P.S. It was a pan pizza with: Red sauce, Sausage, ham, bacon, pineapple, and green peppers well done. I never leave reviews but thank you.“

“The BEST Dominos,check that, pizza place I've ever dealt with. Employee's seem to love their jobs are very nice,helpful and professional. Orders are always correct and on time (very fast). Place is always clean and organized have NEVER had any problems with them and visit them at least once a week for past few years since they opened this location in Metrowest.“

“I ordered 2 pizzas and although they forgot the buffalo sauce on the pizzas, they comped them for me. They were incredibly nice and I’m not sure what the managers name was but I appreciated her comping my pizzas for their mistake. The pizzas were otherwise super good. Amazing service“

After I Expressed my problem, she immediately told me that they are fixing it, no more questions asked. She was absolutely a breath of fresh air. “The app has an offer that if the pizza is not delivered to your car in two minutes when it is ready, the next one is free, but when it happens that way, the way to claim the pizza does not appear anywhere in the app. Otherwise the pizzas are delicious!“
