First time and it was a great experience. Food and service was amazing. I will be back next time I'm in town.
Ordered Penne in Vodka Sauce for the first time and it was delicious. It's my new favorite thing to order.
This is a great place for large family meals. Service is lax and on the slow side. Food is one step up from Olive Garden.
Ice Roll Florida Mall offers tasty food, with quick service and a variety of options, including a heart-shaped lasagna for special occasions. However, the restaurant has had some issues with customer comfort and service. A group celebrating a birthday had a horrible night due to a rude manager, forcing them to leave. Another party found the pizza paper thin and overpriced, with slow service causing delays. The family feast is a good deal, but the fettuccini alfredo was dry, and the calamari portion was extremely small for the price. Dirty plates and missing silverware were issues even with a reservation, and no refills were offered. While the rest of the food is enjoyable, the service and environment could use improvement for a more pleasant dining experience.
