“Sandra was wonderful in the orlando store on 50. The one in apopka made us wait for over 20 minutes and still no help so we left to this one and right away got sat served right away. She was so sweet and accommodating, despite how late it was and how little help she had. She remembered all of our orders and gave us exactly what we asked for even though my party was a little difficult!“

“Food took a bit long to be served after it was plated on the counter, but Daisy was dealing with a transaction and made it a point to check in with us multiple times during our experience. The house scramble was great as always, and this time even had a bit more cheese :3“

“This place is really nice and in my opinion feels cozy, Our waitress Katie was really nice and kept checking on us making sure we were doing good and asking if we need anything, The food was really good at the time of going they had stuffed French toast Me and my fiance got a blueberry and a strawberry one to split and try they were both so good but I love the blueberry more, Also never thought about having a chicken fajita omelet before coming here 10/10 recommend trying if they still have it when you come, There menu is designed really nicely too!!! I would definitely come back to this one more if we're ever in the area again 🙃😄🥰 The Stuffed French Toast definitely looks better in person! 😁“

“Nicole was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, she made sure we were seated in a clean, comfortable section, even taking the time to make sure everything was spotless before we sat down.

What impressed me the most was that she took our entire order without writing a single thing down and she got every detail right! Our food came out incredibly fast, it was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious.

On top of all that, Nicole was managing a large table at the same time and never missed a beat. She was friendly, attentive, organized, and made us feel like a priority the entire visit. “The service was really horrible! Manny was our server was not very attentive. Had to ask for refills. Food was lukewarm, possibly because he let it sit too long. I never received my pancakes with my meal. Just horrible. Chris the owner seen how me and my friend were when we were leaving and ran out to ask us about our experience, we told her and said we didn't want to come back. She immediately rectified the situation and apologized and made my pancakes and redone my friend's waffle. She really didn't have to do that. She invited us back and promised it will be a better experience. We will be back because we love IHOP over Denny's any day of the week. Will update based on our next visit!
