“Our server Grace was fantastic. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Food came out good and fast. My only complaint was that the toast came out lukewarm with a glob of butter on it. Not a huge deal but the butter never fully melted.“

Night shift manager Momo went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was professional, friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making every guest feel welcome.
My server, Aviar, was just as incredible. They were prompt, courteous, and made sure my drinks stayed full and that I had everything I needed throughout my meal. Their positive attitude and attention to detail made the entire dining experience enjoyable.
It’s rare to come across a team that truly cares about customer service, but Momo and Aviar exceeded my expectations. They turned a simple meal into a memorable experience. If you’re on International Drive and looking for excellent food and exceptional hospitality, this is the IHOP to visit. I’ll definitely be back!“
“Food took a bit long to be served after it was plated on the counter, but Daisy was dealing with a transaction and made it a point to check in with us multiple times during our experience. The house scramble was great as always, and this time even had a bit more cheese :3“

“Nicole was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, she made sure we were seated in a clean, comfortable section, even taking the time to make sure everything was spotless before we sat down.
What impressed me the most was that she took our entire order without writing a single thing down and she got every detail right! Our food came out incredibly fast, it was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious.

“The service was really horrible! Manny was our server was not very attentive. Had to ask for refills. Food was lukewarm, possibly because he let it sit too long. I never received my pancakes with my meal. Just horrible. Chris the owner seen how me and my friend were when we were leaving and ran out to ask us about our experience, we told her and said we didn't want to come back. She immediately rectified the situation and apologized and made my pancakes and redone my friend's waffle. She really didn't have to do that. She invited us back and promised it will be a better experience. We will be back because we love IHOP over Denny's any day of the week. Will update based on our next visit!
