It's great. Friendly staff. We go often go a sack of Krystal's. They are addictive.
Everything was hot and fresh. I was notified of the wait for a fresh grill which wasn't long.
Typical food for Krystals. I normally do not rate fast food but in this case I want to highlight an employee. First getting the food was slow, there was a long line in drive thru and also inside. The problem was that there were 2 new employees and only 1 experienced employee. The experienced employee was working both the drive thru and the front counter. The experienced employee was Ossie.
