Chicken and price is good, but customer service is bunghole. Ordered online, came to pickup drive thru, guy said no drive thru walkin pickup only (which is more dangerous and i dont see why i cant just pay and recieve my item drive thru?). Walked in and guy gave me my bag and he was not in good mood becuzz i asked him why i gotta walk in, he never told me the reason why, he pointed at the sign and said they dont do that here. Customer service meh.
Ordered online and nowhere does it say you must pickup inside. Anyway. That's what I was told at the drive through. Makes no sense.
