The steak pho was okay is why I am giving a 3 star. The reason the pho was okay was because the eye round steak and the flank were super fatty. I barely ate any meat. The broth was good nothing outstanding. My boyfriend got the pad Thai noodles which he said was good and savory. Two of my family members got the chicken pho which they said was delicious. I came here since I had purchase a Groupon for 4 people was a great deal. This is my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in the Mills/Milk District area. The inside of the restaurant is very charming. My appetizer I ordered was Vietnamese Sizzling Pancake. I have tried other Vietnamese pancakes. Some tend to be dry and hard. This one was very tasty and soft. My husband and I have been coming to Lac Viet consistently since it opened around 15 years ago. The quality has been superlatively amazingly consistent. In all that time, the service is generally prompt with nice friendly smiles. We always feel welcome here with our children.The cuisine is expertly executed and the presentation flawless.
