A wonderful surprise otw home from a day in Orlando. I googled for some soul food and stumbled across this gem of a place while getting gas! It's a small little quaint restaurant with a new twist on authentic Haitian food and traditional recipes. They sliced their griot into thinner pieces which brings out the pork taste so much more (an idea I'll be incorporating into my own griot from now on) the legume meat was super tender and the veggies blended well.
