Singh's Roti Shop offers delicious and authentic Caribbean cuisine, making it a must-visit for anyone in the Orlando area. Their catering services are reliable, with generous portions that satisfy large groups. The restaurant's food is generally known for its flavorful roti skins, savory curry chicken, and polouri. Customer favorites include the bone-in chicken roti with tamarind sauce and the oxtail plate, which many describe as amazing. The hot, fresh doubles on Saturday mornings receive special praise for their perfect taste and balance of flavors.
While the food is typically well-received, some recent feedback indicates that the quality can vary. A customer expressed disappointment with the saltfish and bake, noting it lacked flavor, and suggested that the chefs may require additional training. This highlights a need for consistent quality across all dishes.
Despite some concerns about the service and atmosphere, the lively vibe, complemented by music, and the welcoming female staff generally make customers feel special. However, there are mentions of the inside appearing greasy, and the men’s restroom needing attention. Overall, Singh's Roti Shop remains worth a visit for its delicious food, though some improvements could enhance the experience further.
