Decent place. Food was good, not great, but still satisfied me. If the jerk sauce was hotter and the chicken portion was bigger. I’d give it 5 stars but for me the chicken lacked in size and spice. The rice was pretty good though and the cabbage was average. Overall, decent but not good enough to justify the price. For that reason, I will not be returning. Place has a good vibe though if you just want a cool place to chill.

True Island Grille serves great food that is hot and fresh. The restaurant has good service and is clean. The food is authentic Jamaican flavor and well prepared. The Jerk Pork with cabbage and rice and peas with a side of oxtail gravy and the Rasta Pasta are great meals. The restaurant has good music and a great vibe. The servers and staff are friendly and provide great service. The customer service is excellent and the place is clean and orderly. True Island Grille is a great place for Caribbean food and has good size portions that match the cost. The restaurant is also a good location for an event. Overall, True Island Grille is a great place to eat and will have customers coming back.
