“I went thru drive thru, my order was taken by AI (artificial intelligence) & once I pulled up to the second window, I promptly paid, was given my drinks & food very quickly. The fries were very fresh. The drive thru attendant made sure everything was in the big.“

“Genesis provided an amazing customer service at the drive-thru window and Jasmine was amazing at the counter! They were able to solve my mobile order issue very quickly and courteously. God bless all that y'all do; y'all deserve raises!“

“It’s Wendy’s so the food is standard. But the service was great went in to pick up food and the workers were extremely kind. Someone else took our order but they fixed it immediately without us having to ask. Best service I’ve ever had at a Wendy’s! Give them a raise!!!“

“I come here every morning for my French toast sticks. The staff is amazing and they always make them fresh for me. I tried a new breakfast sandwich the other day and I didn't like the Apple honey but Tiffany, the manager cleared that right up with free breakfast the next morning. This location is always clean and my favorite place for breakfast. If you haven't tried it you should!!“

“This is my favorite Wendy's even though it is in the ghetto the staff is super friendly but the past three times I've been there the food wasn't even slightly warm I guess they just let it slide because people in the ghetto don't complain“

“This is a very nice Wendy's location. It was quick and easy to order on the kiosk, and the food was ready. My wife and I both enjoyed our sausage egg and cheese croissant breakfast sandwiches.

I haven't had a Wendy's burger this hot and fresh since the late 70s. The fries were also fresh and hot. I don't know a fluke? I will not hesitate to stop in the future. The drawback: The Dr Pepper was a little flat.“

“I stopped here yesterday for lunch and walked into a chaotic scence. A customer was being loud, rude and somewhat threatening to the manager. I waited a moment for her complaints to be acknowledged and after she was given proper information to contact upper management, she continued to provoke the manager yelling things at her. The manager did an excellent job to stay calm and continue making sandwiches. I have been in her shoes and I would have simply asked the lady to order or leave. I finally got fed up and spoke over the rude lady, asking to be served (in so many words). The cashier responded with a smile and took my order. The staff did GREAT!! My food was fresh and prompt. The restaurant was clean as well!“

“Went into Wendys for brunch. The outside of the store was clean, coming inside it was clean. We were greeted by Celeste, very friendly and customer oriented. Our food came quickly, hot and flavorful. The team work was very good! We came just before the crowd, as we sat in to dine, it got busy. They handled it skillfully. Keep up the great work 👍🏽

I had an issue with the app where I wasn’t sure the name I had signed up with because the app was only showing my initials. When I said my initials, we both were a little confused but she helped me out so much, and got my order right. Wish I got her name, but she should be the model for others in food service.“

“I would like to take a moment to recognize and sincerely thank Carlos Rivera and the incredible staff at the Wendy’s located on Landstar Road in Orlando, Florida. The dining area and restroom is always clean.
Every Friday, I have what I like to call a special “Fri-Date” with my grandson, affectionately known as Baby Lu. He is a very picky eater, but one thing he absolutely loves is the small vanilla ice cream from Wendy’s. Although he’s just two years old and doesn’t speak much yet, he now gets excited and says, “Mama Wendy’s – Calo,” which, in his own sweet way, means, “Take me to Wendy’s to get ice cream and see Carlos and his staff.”

The Wendy’s team has come to know and welcome him so warmly. During the holidays, we even brought in donuts as a small token of appreciation. One memorable day, Carlos
surprised us by giving Baby Lu a special ice cream card. That kind gesture turned our visits into a weekly tradition filled with joy and smiles.

Carlos and his team consistently go above and beyond. The care, attention, and joy they bring to customers, especially to little ones like my grandson, truly deserves recognition.

These special outings with Baby Lu are precious to me. He is growing so quickly, and it means everything to have these memories filled with happiness, laughter, and a beloved
ice cream treat.

“I have been to almost all of the Wendy's locations in central Florida since the mid 1990's and this one seems to get it right while quite a few have been slipping on quality on various aspects. This site is clean, fresh and at 12:30 on a weekday it was not too busy. I ordered my food, went to get my napkins and condiments which were recently resupplied (go figure, most places they are empty at lunchtime).Before I was finished the counter attendant called my name and gave my cup to me. Before I had my cup filled, he called me again and my food was ready. Incidently, ALL Athe drink options were available and the ice MA Hine worked fine (so unlike the Tuskawilla & Aloma location) I was pleasantly surprised when there on my tray were the 5 ketchup packets and barbeque sauce I requested while using the kiosk. Most fast food places ignore the add-ons from the kiosk. I was in a better mood when leaving this Wendy's because of the all around better quality as compared to other locations that are Leaving much to be desired on various levels. Years ago I starting favoring Wendy's because they were the last fast food place to have a fixing bar and tables each having squeeze bottles for ketchup and mustard with salt and pepper shakers. Now everywhere you have to deal with begging for a few tiny and sticky packets of ketchup, and wonder why you get a blank stare when asking for pepper.?“

“Alaiyah if I got it right was awesome, nice, polite, didn’t rush us and made us feel at home waiting on our food. Thanks to everyone working today. I know it’s stressful doing what you do but remember all customers aren’t the same

“I don't drink coffee in the afternoon, but upon finishing my late lunch salad, I felt I needed a kick. I went to the counter and asked for coffee. It was given to me on the house and with a smile.

“This is the Wendy's I frequent the most because it's closest one to my house but many many times I have gone there I ask for a biggie bag or (4 for 4) when they had them. And they would tell me they were unable to sell me any biggie bags or 4 for 4's I asked why and gave me no reason but said I could order everything that comes in biggie bags or 4 for 4's separately. I couldn't believe it. Only thing I could think of was that maybe the employee taking order was trying to be slick and have customers order everything separately then ring up as biggie bag and pocket the difference cause bet they sell a lot of biggie bags in an 8 hour shift . Make about $2.50 on ea sale. On $5 biggie bag.

Parking: It's probably about 20 plus spots but most people that go there just go through the drive-thru most of the time there's only one or two cars ever parked there.

Wheelchair accessibility: Doors are wide enough to get a wheelchair through and there are ramps but it does not have an automatic door for wheelchair customers the doors have to be manually opened and held so that might be an issue“

“There isn’t a Wendy’s in Florida, and when I say the whole state of Florida that can compete with this Wendys! Hell, I’d say maybe in the whole damn nation! Fries crispier than a winter chill but hotter than Clearwater in the Summer! Sandwich damn near looks like the picture and the customer service was impeccable! The rest of the wendys in the world have 24 hrs to respond lol“

“This place has been increasing in quality over the past year. The orders have been a lot more accurate and the staff are extremely nice and efficient. The lady working the counter around 1pm on 4/29 was extremely kind and helpful, I wish I caught her name.“

“I was staying at a hotel in the area and was limited to my choices. After seeing all the bad reviews, I was worried. The line went much quicker than I expected. And the young man who assisted me was extremely polite and courteous giving me lots of extra ketchup that I asked for but when I got back to the hotel I realized they forgot a spoon for the chili and the sauce for my nuggets which made it very disappointing. I was really hoping to get on here and give them five stars to help them get on top of those older reviews. Attention to detail is very important.“

“A couple nights ago I went to this place after work. I went through the drive through after doing my order on my Wendy's app. They had a buy one, get one free chicken sandwich deal on the app., so that's what I purchased. Everything was perfect. The order was correct. The best part is there was no cars in the drive thru lanes, so it only took a couple minutes to get there and get my food and get going again. I appreciate their service. They did a great job.👍👍“

“love this wendy’s , it’s right next to where i work and the food always comes out fast and they always put extra pickles on my burger when i ask for it which i am obsessed with ! staff is super super nice and friendly and i can’t be happier to work next to a better wendy’s , nothing beats having a bad day and getting a good ol burger“

“The food was good and fresh. The only downside to this particular experience was the waiting time at the drive thru. They had two lanes available, but only one was open. Perhaps they're not able to see what's going on in the drive thru. I would suggest that a camera be installed so that the person who is working the drive thru is able to see how many cars are waiting and open the second lane if need be.“

“I usually do not eat fast food at all but had to grab something quick. Burger was tasty but could have been warmer. I ate it right there in the car so it was not hot when I got it. No chocolate Frosty, so I had to have the orange one. It was easy but not what I wanted. Quick in and out.“

The restroom was FILTHY and not stocked. Had to clean the toilet in order to use and flush it which is NOT what u want to do before you eat a meal. Maybe we should think about people usually go to the restroom before eating especially to wash their hands, they don't want to feel dirtier after leaving the restroom to their food.“

Everything that was supposed be hot was hot and everything that was supposed to be cold was cold. Today I got the Dave's double and disappointed I was NOT! Even the service was on point!
