“Taste like White Castles lol (if you never had a real one and not frozen, you are going to love it). Burgers are basically made to order because the location is always packed. Be patient and the line moves pretty fast. Not a lot of inside seating unless you know how to share space. There is outdoor covered seating too. The kiosks work but most people seem to have trouble using them as they are 100% user friendly if you dont pay attenting to prompts. Example chose combo then look down to choose the burger you want and add. 😉 Enjoy“

“Food and service are always phenomenal! The manager Brian Payne makes sure your food came out like you ordered and is good. The atmosphere is very welcoming, has kids coloring pages and cool art around the building. Drink station was clean and condiments well stocked. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars, is because I ordered it to be picked up at 6:30, but I arrived early…6:15/6:20, and my takeout bag was already prepared and sitting on the shelf getting cold. By the time I got it home, it had to be reheated in the microwave. I would appreciate it if my food was prepared and bagged closer to the requested pickup time.“

“This is a well Loved, always busy place in the Longwood area. Saying this I've always been able to get my order fast and it's always been perfect. Using the driver thru or eating inside hasn't ever been a problem. Kind friendly staff,clean dining areas with plenty of parking always. I had the grilled chicken sandwich with fries and Mom had the Culver's double cheeseburger without cheese and we were both satisfied. Great experience every time. Libby is an employee of this Chick-fil-A and one of the sweetest people I have ever met.
