The Korean fried chicken bao was nice and crunchy. The soy garlic chicken rice bowl was a tad too much on the sweet side. The Korean loaded fries was good but I wished there was more than a handful. Glad I found this place for a quick dinner before heading to my destination.“

“The food was absolutely delicious, especially the yellow tail tartar fire. However, the service could have been better. We felt rushed and didn’t feel as welcomed as we would have liked. The fried Yuka with tuna was flavorful, but the Yuka bite was too large, overpowering the taste of the fish. These are just a few suggestions to improve the overall experience.
Despite these minor issues, we’re definitely coming back to this location!“

“Was incredible. The cheezus is a must. The spice from the bomb that was added into my Ramen made it just right for me(if you enjoy spicy) The shishito peppers accompanied the ramen perfectly. Our server Brandon was amazing and attentive, fun guy! All around, I highly recommend this place.“

I told the cashier it was my first time there, she didn’t at all bother to explain to me how the menu worked, the menu is overwhelming but the point of her is to assist customers, she stocked, chatted with other employees and pressed buttons on the computer as I ordered. Customer service? Zero.

I also asked her because I noticed that they charge more with card than they do with cash, and I asked her how much more do you guys charge with card? And she answered
“it’s not a lot, like 70 cents”
and I said
“it’s a percentage per dollar, I’m looking for a percent”
The manager/owner was next to me and I asked “are you the owner?” And asked her.
The answer is 3%.

Just in case bring cash so you can pay less, and not support those corporations take charge more.

“Just tried for first time. I hot the teriyaki bento box. The food was tasty, light, not greasy and flavorful. I felt like I made a surprisingly healthy choice without meaning to and Id order it again. I also had the rose black tea boba 25% and it actually was 25% just a touch of sweetness like I like it. “Not usually a fan of Americanized fried fusion items (not everything is fried, of course) but King Bao is the obvious exception. The slower service during lunch hours is the product of an understandably high volume of customers, and I'd consider it worth the two or three extra minutes I usually wait for the food here. I wish I could comment on more of the menu, but I'm such a sucker for the truffle tots and the Firecracker Shrimp bao that I tend to find myself ordering the usual instead of trying out new options. There's a chicken bao that's really good too, and I remember one of the specials a little while back (not sure if they still have it), the Baja Avocado was bomb.“
