“I made a mistake on an online order of 3 dozen donuts for an event this morning, and Ellie resolved the problem right away. She called another location to make sure I could get that many donuts on time for my event. Even though it was my mistake, Ellie took responsibility for solving the problem and was cheerful and professional.“
“Today was very slow in drive thru, 7 cars waiting on a Saturday is odd, cars were leaving. Even when I got to the speaker to order I waited 3-5 mins, same at window another 3-5 mins. This place is horrible. I went back maybe a month later thinking perhaps this was one off. Nope still horrible service and the staff was rude. I contacted corporate and they referred me back to local which surprise no one called. Don't go here pick ANY OTHER DUNKIN BUT THIS ONE!!“
“This dunkin is by far the best dunkin. I love dunkin and have been to a lot of different dunkins over the years. I started going to this one because it was on my way to work. They memorized my order and my name. They are always super friendly and they offer so many cool things that I’ve never seen at any other dunkin. They did a punch card that gave you a free coffee on your fifth visit as well as they had a parking lot event where you could earn free merch or food. This dunkin is so good that when I got a different job in the opposite direction I make it a point to go OUT of my way to still get my coffee from here. I’ve never had a bad experience at this dunkin and most dunkins i’ve been to i’ve had at least 1 bad experience. This dunkin should be a model for the other dunkins in the area. If i could give 10 stars I would. Shout out to the entire staff especially the managers and shift leads.“
“Pregnant wife wanted an iced coffee from Dunkin, when I received my order in the drive thru it was a hot coffee I explained this was supposed to be iced. Employee Jeremy stated “sorry can’t do anything for you” we even asked for just a cup of ice and he said “our manager said we can’t give you a cup of ice” needless to say I pulled around front and walked in side. Upon entering employee Bella greeted us and apologized and completely replaced the coffees at no charge. Needless to say they need to hire more people like Bella and less like Jeremy. The 4 stars review is for Bella not Jeremy as I would give him 0 stars.“
