“Since the first time I went to a Cava on Long Island it's been one of the staples I look for when traveling. Meant to write this a few weeks ago but finally had the chance to catch up on my reviews. This location is a cut above. Years ago I felt like the Chipotle model was underutilized with one cuisine. Cava figured out how to use with my favorite Mediterranean dishes. If you see my list of reviews I favor Greek & grilled lamb everywhere. They did not disappoint. I was so hungry that day I forgot to take pix.
