“Twice there has been an issue with my order but the manager on duty Eli, was very polite as he corrected my order. This place is busy! Expect a wait to order even though staff is moving efficiently. If there is a problem, Eli will fix it. But should he be the only manager on duty?
The food is great! the staff is young and inexperience shows. If I were Culver's, I would provide more supervision but I still recommend this place for families, friends or solo dining.“

“I love Arby's we have a great restaurant right next to our house with a great staff there a really good food and they always send us special offers by text and they leave coupons in the mailbox. Love the roast beef and cheddar sandwiches love the Gyros, the corned beef on marble rye is better than a Jewish delicatessen and how about those terrific milkshakes and don't forget the curly fries.“

“I went to the drive through this morning 08/12/2024 and young gentleman at the window was Grade A customer service and manager. It’s nice to go to a drive through and have people like them working. They didn’t look at you like they hated you arrived, which is often in fast food. I just want them to know I appreciate them. This is the second Hardee’s that it’s been like this. I’m in customer service myself and it really is going to motivate me to come to hardee’s before the rest. Thank you.?“

“I just came from drive-thru when this location opened up for breakfast. Unfortunately, the wait turned into 15 plus minutes. The customer behind me was yelling and getting very upset due to excessive wait. I attempted to blow my horn and knock on window to get someone's attention. There was a manager who was walking near the window, but would not acknowledge me. I heard her say, " they will have to wait". An associate came by the windows shortly after the manger walked out of sight and opened the window. I explained that the customer behind me was getting upset. I pulled up to the second window, so the customer behind me could calm down, since my sandwich was not ready.

I would not recommend coming here when this location is opening up for the day, not convenient in drive thru.“

“First visit in awhile. Enjoyed a drink to start the night right. Service was excellent. I opted for their special (didn’t catch name) but it was a huge dish that consisted of mussels, scallops, shrimp, pasta in marinara sauce. So filling and plentiful seafood serving. Drinks packed a punch. Always a great place to go when wanting the try something new. Give this a try on your next opportunity.“

“This place was awesome! The fries were hot, burgers were fresh! There was 7 of us and our food was ready in less than 5 minutes from finishing our order. The cashier was thoughtful about telling kitchen to cook our fish and onion rings and chicken fries as we ordered. Wonderful customer service!!! Thank you!!“

“Food was made perfectly and store was very clean and organized. Ordered at the kiosk and paid cash at the register. Total was 12.82 and gave her 13.07 to get a quarter back. After going around in circles about basic math: 18¢ change plus my 7¢ equals 25¢ (a quarter) for at least 45 seconds I gave up. It was incredibly sad. Wait for food felt very long with only one other customer inside and slow drive through, but maybe online orders?“

“I did a mobile order and when I picked it up, I was missing the sauce packets. That was no big deal as I just grabbed some on the way out. 12 pack soft taco pack - 9 were made correctly the rest were not. As I have allergies and could not eat mine, my kids got extra“

“We had coupons for Arby’s, we were hungry and were right by an Arby’s. Hey! We were able to use multiple coupons at one purchase. That doesn’t happen often. We shared a cappuccino shake, curly fries and a buffalo chicken sandwich. That was a lot of flavor. We didn’t want two full meals for adults. It was just right. The employees were prompt, friendly and thankful we went there. We will go again!“

“I had an order that was messed up a few weeks ago, I just wanted my money back but the GM said he would have the whole order precooked. I called up there last night I ly to be told that my name was not in the book even thought the GM said he would put it in there. Harley was amazing! Harley the manager last night was patient, kind and remade my order no hesitation. The fries were fresh and our burgers were delicious. Thank you so much Harley for assisting us! “Only problem I have with All Wendy’s,they have mustard options…. Every Wendy’s I try Never put mustard on the burgers ever and they don’t give you the packets as well 🤦🏼‍♀️ if your not going to do the Mustard why have it as a option?“
