Steakhouses in Palatka, FL

“Ordered pick up while visiting the area. Surprisingly, only had to wait an additional 20 minutes when I got there. It was Fathers Day, so they were slam packed inside and out, with people waiting in the road for parking spots to open up. Our order was correct. The Chop Steak was a little dry and could have used more sauce, but the flavor was good. The salads looked fresh. I can't say anything about the steaks and baked potatoes. My parents go to bed early, so they'd just eaten and were heading to bed by the time I got there to surprise them, so they'll have a surprise Fathers Day lunch tomorrow I guess. 😅 The curbside server was very pleasant, even despite being slammed on a holiday. My favorite foods here are the Firecracker Chicken Wraps and Spicy Chicken Bites, so definitely recommend those. Overall, no real issues, I'd definitely go again. My only recommendation for better service, would be to push out the online wait times a little for holidays, or limit the amount of pick up orders per time frame during peak hours, so there's not a lot of take out traffic getting backed up, and not so much pressure on the staff to get so many orders out so fast. I think the staff did a good job and handled it pretty well though. 🙂“
