Ghetto customer service, had feedback on the amount of food they serve and the manager got loud and defensive. Express myself to her that I was just giving feedback not to take it personal. Stating that if I cannot afford it, if that is the case I won't walk in there to buy it. Last time before today that I went there , they were rude to some woman and that was embarrassing.
Minus one star, the servers must be scared to serve like they're feeding a grown person, tiny scoops of meat then when you ask them to add more, they act like they're afraid.
9/20/25 around 12:30 pm I ordered arroz con gandules and carne guisa they put like 4 pieces of meat on the tray when I asked them to add more she asked (I guess the line boss) who said flat out no, then I opted for a small container of meat on the side the line boss slammed it on the serving line like...read full review
The pork,plantains and rice were delicious.The red and black beans were lacking garlic onions salt and seasonings
