“I cannot convey enough…. Regarding the Staff. They truly made my trip. Could not have been MORE congenial and welcoming. Huge acknowledgement to: Mia, Irwin, TiTi, Syria and Roberto! These people could not have been more accommodating…. I played golf… but am drawn here based on the service!

The fried chicken on waffles was perfectly crispy outside and tender within, while the Brussels sprouts brought a vibrant, earthy contrast. “Didn't have a reservation and had a 30 minute wait which was reasonable. This location is like a fine oiled machine. Everything went smoothly from being seated to paying the check. The food was absolutely amazing. We will definitely be back“

“We had an excellent dinner along with an enjoyable dining experience. We requested outside dining but on arriving my wife was uncomfortable with the heat. The staff immediately moved us inside to a very comfortable booth. Our server Tatiana was engaging and super helpful and our dinner was excellent.“

“Lunch for 5 as a Girls Get Together. We were seated at a large table, in the perfect place to be able to laugh a lot and chat and not bother others. Our waitress was very attentive and fun to interact with. Food was delicious, as were the drinks. Highly recommend the lettuce wraps and the Expresso Martinis.“

“The food was outstanding as was the service. However with a pretty loud happy hour going on at the bar and relatively loud grating music throughout the entire meal, which did not at all match the dinner and service quality, I'm not completely happy about the experience. I will try again but not on a Saturday at 6pm.“

“My favorite place since I tried 2 months ago, I’ll go for lunch almost everyday, mostly Boca and Wellington. Im fasting so it’s the most tasty nutritious food I’ve got. The staff is amazing and the cleanliness even in bathrooms is top. I always get the small bowl and always ask for a bonus 1/2 spoon of beans and they always give it with a big smile, not this time. Today I tried the Alton one, I had high expectations. First impression was that it was weird starting the line backwards from the right. The operator was friendly but not when I asked for a tin of beans, 1/4 spoon the most… She said no and she wanted to sell me a cup as an extra. I declined, was rude, then I see the line dirty, stuff looked cold. The other operator was afraid to serve too much shrimp and the feta he spread it crumble by crumble, I was amazed of his skills. Those 2 company money savers fighting for the employee of the month. One thing I like at Bolay is to grab my metal good solid forks, this time I couldn’t, not available. The food was tasty as usual but the temperatures were inconsistent, the colds not too cool and the hots warms. Then after sitting the trash overflowing and dirty bowls piling up were a view that you can’t stop looking at it, under my table on the floor smashed veggies. When I’m leaving I’m looking at the other stations and look the same. I avoided use the bathrooms at that point to wash hands as usual. It wasn’t a staff shortage issue, plenty of labor, customer line clear. These guys went through the pick of rush in lunch time with not interval cleanings. So disappointing see that awesome concept lowing the bar so bad. At the end is all management. Not going back there, I mean, that one in Alton but people, you definitely gotta try it somewhere else and get hook by them. Wellington and Boca In Military staff is the best. Hope Alton improve.“

“The waitress “Jessica” provided excellent service, she was very polite and the food was great. I highly recommend going there to anyone seeking a great breakfast experience.

“I'm just here to say I have an upcoming trip to Palm Beach and I'm literally ubering to the Gardens mall and going right to Nordstrom cafe and ordering anything I can dip into the kalamata aioli. Also hoping my girl Ashley still works there bc she is just the BEST!“
