“Been in this area since 2003, been going to the blue for years. Today was absolutely amazing. Thank you to our server Italia she went above and beyond expectations. We finished our lunch in the main dining room went out to the poolside and she continue to take care of our party like I said I’ve been going there for years. Today was exceptional. “I absolutely love going to LBC and I have truly never had a bad experience, but I had to write a review after yesterday's experience in particular. Yesterday was the Father's Day Car Show and it was truly amazing! Dasha did a phenomenal job putting this event together and it was the perfect way to celebrate Father's Day and be with family. The parking lot was packed with cars, there were vendors, a DJ, raffles, drink and food specials, and great people. With a great car show going on outside and customers coming in to eat, I was blown away at how well the staff at LBC handled the crowd. Dasha, you were absolutely amazing, not only did you plan the entire car show, but you also made your rounds to speak with everyone and make sure everyone was taken care of and having a good time. I will definitely be attending more of your car shows or really any event you plan because my best experiences at LBC seem to be when you are my server/bartender or you're the master mind behind fun events like Disney Night. Thank you Dasha, Keepin' It Real Customz, and LBC for an amazing day!“

“We went on a Sunday morning so the wait was exceptionally long, but that’s to be expected. The walls are lined with tons of old photos, signs, clippings, and other paraphernalia so standing around looking at all of that made the time go by faster. The service was great and the atmosphere was fun. The food was alright, but nothing amazing. It’s definitely the sort of place you go to more for the atmosphere and the people there.“

“I would really like to thank the staff of Thirsty Marlin especially my server Smiley. He’s taken care of me before. But today. He went above and beyond. It’s my 50th birthday and no one took the time to celebrate this milestone with me. So I came out to dine alone. I got there 5 minutes after last call for all you can eat crab was called. But I asked him to see if it would be ok with a manager since my friends bailed on me. I wouldn’t be chatting. Just crabbing. Lolol. He got the all clear. And kept me stocked. All the staff would walk by and wish me a happy birthday. And Smiley chatted with me throughout my meal so I didn’t feel so alone. And on top of everything else. They also blessed with with a ginormous piece of chocolate cake. And here I was thinking. I wasn’t going to get cake for my birthday. “Hats off to the chef!! I just had the best cream of mushroom soup ever!! I know that sounds like a weird soup to rave over but it’s so damn good! Big chunks of mushroom and there was an amazing depth of flavor in the base. Short ribs was my entree… it was melt in your mouth goodness!! It had whipped potatoes and brussels for side. Everything went well together!! Would have dined in if we weren’t under the weather, so we could tell the chef dinner was great :)“

WE have enjoyed their pork, beef, beans,, coleslaw and sauce for many gatherings. Most recently we hosted a very large party. All the food was so good, people wanted to know where we got it! Ronni and the staff are good, caring people. The value ion the food, the service and the warmth of the owners and staff make it a "gotta come back again often" place. At this time there is road work being done in front, that makes it a bit difficult to get to, but it is worth the effort. It's right on the Dunedin Trail, so you can go by bike, or walk a bit further than you are used to on Douglas..“

Well, they delivered a delicious meal at 2:30pm and it was truly a HOMEMADE dinner. It was EXCEPTIONAL! From the turkey, to the gravy, stuffing, mashed potatoes, corn, cranberry sauce and pumpkin pie with whipped cream--it was a homemade feast. “For me this is a hidden gem. Beautiful location on the water. Food was good quality and fairly priced. I had the flatbread special with blackened steak and Bleu cheese, very tasty. Definitely recommend and we will visit again next time we travel to Tarpon Springs.“

“Our neighbors told us about this place. Told me about hillbilly egg rolls. Well I'm originally from small town Indiana so I guess I qualify as a hillbilly. I moved to Tarpon Springs 2 years ago, and have eaten at Johnny's plenty of times, never had a bad meal. Sometimes they have Ruben egg rolls wow that's all I can say about them. Wife likes the wet burrito get a to go box it's huge. Keep up the good work and we'll keep coming. Very laid back place“

“Hats off to the friendly staff! We were Florida July Sunshine hot after 1.5 hours at Tampa Bay Downs Golf Range and were looking forward to a cool TBBC brew and some ice water. Ginger was our server, awesome, she was perfect. We will be requesting her tables any time we return. She was kindly patient with us as we got our act together, ordered the ESPE Blonde and my better half greatly enjoyed the “The Last Days of Summer” sour. The food was surprisingly fantastic! They also have wood fire pizzas, which we will returning to try. Highly recommend!“
