“We always order ahead so it’s always hot and ready when we arrive. The manager sees that we come there quite often so he’s upgraded us several times to feast meals without telling us or charging any extra money. The couple of times they we’re running late, they gave us free drinks and extra food. They are busy but they are friendly and know how to treat customers. If you have an issue, speak to them professionally and they’ll rectify it. They have tasty food at very reasonable prices and excellent customer service! We will continue to eat here as much as possible!“

“We are at Dave’s today in Boynton Beach. The food was great and the restaurant was clean and food was served promptly and was delicious. Teresa took our order and served us our food. “I ACCIDENTALLY bumped into this spot after leaving the cruise ship on Monday. I wanted a close breakfast spot with "soul". The outside is unassuming and doesnt "invite" you in and say WELCOME. This is mainly due to location (even my UBER driver thought I was at a car repair shop). But Im from Chicago and I know about "hole in the walls". When I walked in (about 9 am) there was 1 person ordering a take out and a guy doing business with employees in the front where we patrons are. I was taken aback by this but again, business gotta get done. The gentleman at the counter explained the ordering process and was VERY HELPFUL. He took my order, answered my questions and hooked me up with some water and sweet tea. The ambience is not great BUT the front counter guy, the kitchen cook (I assume) were personable and interactive. TBH this "Manager-guy" was a bit strange TBH and made me, a big strong brother, a bit uncomfortable. He just sat there, looking at patrons, almost like a security guard but not speaking. The food came in a to-go box (which maybe was a hint to take it out to avoid the awkwardness of this manager-looking / security-acting dude). I ordered pancakes and sausage with extra bacon. So to the food. The bacon was cooked nice and THE SAUSAGE was like a spicy polish kind of thing that was FYRE!!! I wish I had ordered 2 of those. The pancakes were NOT cooked well TBH. THey were thick and definitely had burst spots on them. Due to the size and thickness, I was able to eat around the burnt spots and still enjoyed the meal. THE MEAT AND THE SWEET TEA saved the day. All in all, I imagine their lunch and dinner is likely better than this experience was. If I was a woman, alone, I likely would NOT have felt comfortable (outside of the guy at the counter who has a GREAT DEMEANOR and professional presence). But the manager dude was a bit on the creepy side for real. One woman he stared at her behind for the entire time she was at the counter waiting for her food. Hell, she was attractive but DANG, dude was a bit much. All in all, ORDER YOUR FOOD, GRAB IT, say hi to the counter guy and ROLL OUT!“

“I have been coming here for years. Generally staff is friendly and service very good. You do have to make sure they get the order right so I repeat back the entire order and check any takeout orders before leaving. The quality of the chicken suffered for a short time but they are back to being one of the best rotisserie chickens in the area . Moist and well seasoned with very good sauces. I hoping they keep it up.“

“We DoorDashed Byrd’s Hot Chicken and the food itself was excellent. The two-sandwich special (hot) and fries were spot-on — crispy, flavorful, and exactly what we hoped for. Would absolutely order the food again.

The only disappointment was the strawberry shake. It was extremely thin and tasted more like strawberry milk than a milkshake — definitely not worth the $9. Unfortunately, DoorDash won’t credit it, which makes it even more frustrating. Will never Door Dash from them again but I would pick-up. Would have easily been a 5 star if the shake was a shake.

“This is on a college campus. They are currently doing construction so it’s difficult to find via Maps navigation. I had a security guard help me find it .If you go anytime soon .you may have to park in a church nearby parking lot and then walk to Chick-fil-A.“
