“I had the most wonderful solo dining experience! The hostess Helen, bartender/waiter Glen, and the manager Ryan (I apologize if I have that wrong, we only met briefly) were so considerate and went out of their way to take good care of me, even after the mayor of Bradenton and his crew showed up haha! The food was good, the sunset view was phenomenal, and the staff are genuinely so welcoming and kind even when they're super busy!“

“Getting in late, went thru drive thru. The only thing is we tried to order the apple empanadas, and were told they discontinued them. But a friend got them just last week. So if you're just out of stock why lie??

I had the shrimp scampi fettuccine, in butter sauce – Yum! The bread with the oil dip was wonderful. I highly recommend this place and wish they were much closer to where I live (SRQ airport-could replace Primos! I’m just suggesting).“

“The food and service did not disappoint. My wife had the mahi tuna salad. It was excellent and crunchy as described on the menu I had scallops. They were perfectly cooked and very tender. Service was very good. Everything arrived timely hot, and the waiter did not hover have eaten at hundreds of restaurants and this is one of the better onesnot exceptionally expensive and in a mall but quite good food and service and I highly recommend.“

“I made reservations for my friend's birthday and 2 other guests were joining us. Unfortunately the reservation went to another Tiramisu in another city. Therefore, no reservations showed when our party arrived. The host was icey, lacked empathy or understanding. He was extremely demeaning and haughty. Finally sat us at a table next to the kitchen which was appreciated. Our waiter was stellar and made everything feel friendly again. The food was outstanding......every course. Im a local for 48 years but the host made me feel like an idiot. Never smiled (not to anyone else arriving later). Maybe not the best first impression to offer your patrons.“

“Great pizza. Loved the cacio e pepe gluten free crust pizza. The garlic spinach artichoke dip was also amazing. The bowls are also yummy options. They have happy hour on weekdays and those prices are much more reasonable.
Its a fun environment. They have indoor & outdoor bar options. But too many love bugs to actually enjoy sitting outdoors. Bar service was top notch but it was also super slow on the day we were in.“

“We went to the location on Gandy Boulevard today. We were just passing by and saw it so looked up the menu online. At this particular location there was a kiosk to order and no indoor seating. There was a taphouse next-door that had outdoor seating so we grabbed a drink and ate our food there. The portions were large and everything was absolutely delicious! I was delighted to find vegan options. Everything was well seasoned and very flavorful! We would definitely come back again!“

“We’ve been to oak and stone downtown many times, but Monday night on the rooftop was the best of our experiences here. We’ve tried to get what we could to accommodate everyone in the past.
Amanda was our server of me and 3 of and my girlfriends, and out of all of the drink, appetizer, entree, and dessert recommendations, we had the best experience we could have possibly had. I’m so glad we had her as our server because our experience was tailored to our gluten free, diabetic, and dairy free needs. It’s hard to go to a restaurant with all of us together and our dietary needs, but Amanda really helped us pick and choose what would work best for us. We really hope to see her next time we go, or else we really dont feel safe eating here without being absolutely sure our dietary needs will be taken care of. If you have very strict dietary needs due to allergies or intolerances, make sure to ask for her input on what you order. She said she’s been there a long time and knows what we can and can’t have so we were VERY confident ordering with her. We will all be back Monday night and we hope to have her as our server so that we can all order comfortably.“

So good and loaded with protein! The matcha mango latte was Devine. Toasted bagel topped with cashew cream cheese and micro greens. Everything is made fresh and so delicious. A new favorite!“

“Me and my family have been coming here for over a year now and it's absolutely fantastic every time. Every dish is made to order and so so fresh. We typically stick to the rice bowl options but we've tried a few other things and never been disappointed. Their egg drop soup and seaweed salad are amazing appetizers as well, and all the food comes out so fast. The owner and employees always recognize us and greet us with the biggest smile and best service. We modify our bowls to exactly how we like them (encouraged by the owner!!) and the prices are very reasonable, with only a $1 upcharge for some modifications. Plenty of meat in the bowls as well, you will never leave hungry, even if you only ate the meat with no veggies or rice. Overall, amazing customer service and some of the best chinese I've had.“

“My wife and I came to the Ellenton area on our honeymoon. Her local family reccomended we check out Woodys River Roo. It was our first stop and the only repeat stop during our week down here. We went to "The Roo" on three separate occasions and loved each one. The food was great, the view of the manatee river was very nice, but the friendly hardworking staff was the cherry on top. They all really seemed to love each other and worked together like a well oiled machine. They made us feel right at home and made sure everything was just right. Bar tender Johnny, who I belive said had been employed there for 15 years, reccomended a lot of other great places to drink and dine in the area. They also have a gift shop and live entertainment from, music to trivia 7 days a week! 10 out of 10 would reccomend. My wife and I hope to be back sooner than later!“
