It's the perfect way to start my morning. They open at 8 am, which is right when I finish my runs. So stoked they opened here in Delray Beach. I am a local and love that they are locally owned. No gross/ drowsy ? feeling. I order the blue majik smoothie and the coconut sriracha noodle bowl. Both were delicious ?. The smoothie had no added sugar and the bowl was well balanced in terms of veggies, noodles, and seasoning (it’s not too spicy). Definitely will be back. Paola took care of me and she’s awesome as she provided me with recommendations on items to try.“

“This healthy spot is located inside Evolution Yoga and there's a ton of free parking in their outside lot. There's two tables and a small bar area where you can sit inside and drink your shakes. Their menu offers a ton of healthy shakes, teas, iced coffee, protein donuts, and waffles. The shakes and teas were a tad pricey but are served in pretty decent sized cups.I ordered their shamrock mint shake and it was made quickly. The flavor tasted good and was filling with 24 grams of protein. The shake satisfied my sweet tooth!I want to try all their other specialty shake flavors.“

I love the fact of having the choice between small, medium, and large meals, along with low carbs, gluten free, and dairy free products. The meals have the expiration date on the side of each container and all the nutritional values are on the outer label. The meals are made fresh, with many different varieties and are delicious. I'm extremely pleased with my purchases and plan on making this a weekly purchase.
