“Me apena dejar un mal review pero en serio que es el peor servicio al cliente que visto en mi vida, no se trata de ser amable y sonreír, se trata de solucionar si tienen un inconveniente, y es la segunda vez que me sucede, no puede ser que llames a pedir una orden para recoger, llegues después de 20 minutos, y te hagan seguir esperando, por una hamburguesa, y le pregunté a la persona encargada si se iban a demorar, y sale y se pone hablar por teléfono, no sé qué trataba de solucionar por teléfono, cuando era cuestión de preguntar en la cocina, y ser sincera desde el comienzo y decir que hay un inconveniente, y me hubiese ido y normal, pero no después de qué ya pagué después de qué yo esperé me dice de qué van a se 20 min mas, Quién va a esperar una hora por una hamburguesa?????? “We visited Mima's for a quick bite. We noticed that the space was small but always noticed that the place was always packed. We went early one morning and a table was available. We sat and was greeted my the nice young lady who was serving the tables. Got our menus and was pleased to see the variety available. This is a mom and pop type of place so there will be a wait. I had the palomilla, my wife had the chicken and my mother in law had the Mima's Western. The food was absolutely amazing. Portions were big and the food had authentic Cuban flavor. The palomilla was so flavorful and tender and the potatoes were delicious. We had such a great dining experience that we are now regulars there. Marie the MOD who claimed to be an Owner/ Family member told us "is this your first time here?" stating I had been here several times. Marie then replied "Then you should know The rules" and began to berate the poor waitress right there at the table about not informing us of this rules! I was not only so embarrassed for the poor waitress but embarrassed for Miss Marie who claims to be an owner! I've been in the hospitality industry for years and have never in my life seen such behavior by a well known establishment. I paid my check and tipped the poor waitress well. after leaving I then went back and apologized again to the poor waitress for her manager/owners behavior. if corporate reads this, there's a coaching opportunity for Miss Marie. she should not be in management. to stand at a customers table in the middle of a crowded dining room and argue insisting that the customers are wrong and should know the rules is unacceptable! I don't mind playing by the rules but I need to know what they are first. I have visited La Bamba on several occasions over my years in Fort Lauderdale. that will end immediately!! I will never again visit or recommend La Bamba to anyone. consumer Beware $50.00 for 4 6oz well Margaritas is a crime within itself. you have several locations and have been successful maybe it's time you check yourself and remember where you came from. sincerely disgusted by La Bamba and it's supposed owner!“

They are really trying to be kind to us and you can almost feel a family type of business even though it’s part of a chain... We only took the BLT sandwich since we were not that hungry.
