“I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CHARLEYS!!!! the food is good. but the management and the service in the Charleys cheesesteak in St Augustine Florida in the Walmart is horrible! I was overcharged by more than $4 and their signs all over the place quoting the correct price. the manager was nowhere to be found so the cashier called her and they still refused to adjust my charge. there is no way to get in touch with corporate the phone number that I did find sounded like it was in China. she said that there was no corporate phone number. I think it's very serious matter when I restaurant cannot be contacted about one of their stores and their managers.“

“We ate at Long Doggers in Cocoa Beach for the first time tonight. Our waitress Tiffany was friendly, answered our questions and served us quickly with a smile. Food was as described and delicious. My husband had wings and a Caesar salad. While I had a very enjoyable Cobb Salad. We look forward to eating here again next time we are in Cocoa Beach.“

“We are here from South Carolina for a baseball tournament. I called around 3:00 and spoke to a manager about accommodating a large group of us for dinner. They reserved 4 big outdoor tables for us that were ready upon our arrival. Our waitresses were amazing and patient. The food was delicious and fresh! The manager hung out with our kids for a few minutes, gave them along Dogger stickers and ice cream. It was a wonderful experience for all of us. Highly recommend!!“

“We had a wonderful Anniversary dinner with a beautiful view of the river at the restaurant! We both ordered the Proscuitto scallop tagliatelle, and it was incredibly delicious! The portions were large, so there was almost half left over to take home. We just had try the aguave cheesecake, and it also was really yummy!😋Our server Delilah was perfectly attentive, and our meals came our very quickly! We will come back for sure. “We have a wild two year old who makes eating out difficult. We heard this restaurant was kid friendly with a water area for littles to play so we decided to check it out while we were out in the area. We had a great experience! My son could have played there in the water all day if we let him. We sat outdoors in a shady area and watched him play as we ate our lunch. Win win! I got the chicken Philly (minus the mushrooms and marinara) and it was great! My husband got the buffalo chicken wrap and also enjoyed his. Both were much bigger than we had expected! We probably didn’t need to order sides (fries and onion rings) or could have shared one side between the two of us but that’s okay! We know for next time! My two littles got the kids chicken tenders and grilled cheese. I’m a big sweet tea girl but kind of picky. The tea was good! 🙌 Our server was also great and very friendly!“

“Juanita and Melissa were so sweet we had everything that could go wrong with a meal did with our food, however to me the way a place handles a mistake is what makes a good experience! No frustration from either no aggravation or eye rolls, just plain amazing customer service! They were amazing! Even though the food was a little ruff this time I will give them more business on the principle of their amazing customer service.“

“Went to dinner after work with a friend and, after ordering our drinks and appetizer, I realized my phone was missing. After searching, we discovered it had somehow fallen between the half wall and booth in a spot that was extremely difficult to reach.

The hostess and manager immediately stepped in to help. They went above and beyond by checking what they had available, even heading to the kitchen to grab the longest tongs they could find in an attempt to retrieve it. When that didn’t work, they continued helping us figure out a solution. While my friend and I were discussing where we could buy a grabber tool nearby, the manager came back with one and was able to successfully retrieve my phone.

I unfortunately didn’t catch their names, but I want to make sure their kindness and willingness to help are recognized. They could have easily said there wasn’t anything they could do, but instead they took the time to assist and turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a positive experience.

It’s not far from a few places that they could’ve picked up a few bottles of sparkling wine if running low. It is Father’s Day after all. Best part of entire experience was the very friendly, efficient waitress Trinity. She was attentive, suggested a few things on the menu, ensured beverages were filled. Food was good- typical diner. Is it a place I would go out of my way for? Probably not. But if I do, I would want Trinity as my server.“
