“I love this place. Been taking the family here for years! 17+ to be close to exact. Orders are called to the cook and criticed by the Tatoo Lady, who does an amazing job. Breakfast and lunch only. Great food to order, service, and atmosphere ? packed on Sundays!!! ?“

“My friends call me Shane. I visited Primo's on Sunday March 17th 2024...I would firstly like to say that store was very clean and well kept. I was greeted by William who actually went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of, along with his manager Eddie. I ordered the Italian Hoagie which was completely made with fresh meat, lettuce tomatoes and onions. The bread was so tasty and fresh and with my first bite, I was hooked. “This is a great hotdog spot. Probably my favorite in the area. Staff are courteous and attentive. I got my chili dog and onion rings in just a few minutes and the serving of the onion rings was surprisingly generous with a great dipping sauce. Hot dog has a great bite and I love the simplicity of a chili dog done well. I will definitely be back next time I'm in the area. Only issue is they only accept cash so come prepared but the prices are very reasonable.“

“Awesome food always fresh especially the toppings, great selection of cheese, toppings and the bread is ?. The tuna sub is my favorite but can’t go wrong with any selection. The staff is always keeping it real but are friendly and work hard. The place could definitely use a spruce up the floors and walls of the joint are really old and stained and counter area is small and it always gets crowded and hectic especially around lunch. I recommend ordering ahead to reduce wait time at the counter.“

“That’s a wrap is definitely the best fast food restaurant in Florida! This cold pressed juices are so much better than other juice places! Probably quality of veggies is better… sandwiches are awesome! Prosciutto mozzarella and Italian sandwich are so delicious. Bread is fresh and crispy on outside and soft inside… very delicious! “Great tuna salad. Tuna was finely chopped which was different than what I am used to but it was good. Also- cafe con leche- double shot- delish. Man behind counter was friendly and accommodating. “This is a perfect beach day lunch. The sandwiches are huge, and filled us up for the entire day. I had the tropical sandwich with mango and pineapple. There are squeeze bottles so that you can add your own vinegarette. There are a few stools to sit on while you eat. Service was good.“

“Love the place! the portions are great and so is service. Unfortunately the last couple times I encountered something wrong. Gave it a 2nd try and I won't be back. While the ladies are kind and fast at such a busy shop, I have seen a lady touching her face (nose) and then scratch her face with her gloves on and back to preparing food with the same gloves. The next visit, she went to the back room and was quick with her phone with gloves on and returned to preparing food with said gloves.. If anything, I would prefer she change her gloves when she is touching other "personal items" when returning to food. I hope this is not to get anyone in trouble but to be more sanitary.Parking: Hope to return soon.“

“This location was very busy when I walked in for a late lunch. Customers placing orders in person, app orders and home delivery services. There was only one employee currently working who was also being the cashier. Overall he did an excellent job greeting everyone as they walked in and asked if they were picking up or placing order. I patiently waited my turn enjoying half my order there and the other half to take home. I overheard the employee telling another customer that they were out of many items, such as steak and noticed other out of stock signs on several fountain drinks These later problems are out of control of this employee, instead the manager and or owner needs to do a better job with inventory and staffing.“

“Service is A1! & the smoothies are delicious! We are doing whole30 which means we can have absolutely no sugar & no dairy. We just finished a workout & came here for a smoothie. The woman who made us the smoothies was a DARLING! We realized we ordered a smoothie with sugar so we had to change our order & she still accommodated us with absolutely no problem! “I hadn't had subway in a while due to the fact that not only are a lot of the employees rude but most of the locations are dirty, especially around the food and food prep areas. This is the cleanest subway I have been to in a very long time. You can tell they care about the presentation of the food. Everything tasted very fresh. Upon arrival she actually had the sneeze guard covering the food, I think that this is practice that all Subways should adopt. No flys flying around the food and that it so important to me. “I have been visiting this location for the last year and a half and have found this to be my go-to spot after long and difficult weeks at work. The staff are a joy to be around, and specifically I’m going to call attention to Gian Carlo. This man is the reason why I return. He remembers my name, and what I usually order, he makes suggestions that end up turning out well, and more importantly he cares. And for that, I keep returning to this store. “Subway was pushing $3 subs so I went for it. The lady did not speak good English so it took a while to figure there was only one bread available. It was near closing so this was not a problem. Once past this impasse the sandwich was prepared quickly along with Dorito chips and a drink. Very good value. I thoroughly enjoyed my sandwiches here. Freshly prepared and very tasty. The customer service was good as well. Best of all, the prices were pretty decent. This branch of Subway is conveniently located in the food court at Westfield Mall in Hialeah. I will be sure to visit here on the trip back to Miami.“

“I'll be honest... I passed by this place many times and I ate many pub subs until I tried this place today. The bread was definitely less dry, I tell you that. I went for the rosemary cheese kind of bread for my sub and I don't regret that. I wanted to get the super Italian but instead, the ham subbed with turkey. I don't care for ham, that's just me. Not sure why the guy told me to order Number 4 because I have to have been misunderstanding him saying it's like getting exactly like super Italian minus ham plus turkey.. it just looked like a plain seasoned turkey sandwich. I didn't see other different looking near meat as the one I wanted had those two: prosciuttini or cappacuolo -- so, I was confused... No worries. I didn't make them correct or change my sub. I enjoyed the ingredients which were ham (?), lettuce, tomatoes, banana pepper with little mayo and some spicy mustard, on top of oil, vinegar and oregano. No salt or pepper since I grabbed a bag of spicy dill chips. Guy was nice enough to give me some cookie before I left along with turkey deli slices in a container, but neither was really necessary as there was a misunderstanding. I'll definitely look forward to ordering super Italian next time and pay better attention lol“

“I come to this Subway all the time! RC makes the best subs.I alway eat my subs in the restaurant, I will never do take-out but today it was so Hot, the heat was making sick and hard to eat. So i ordered less food than usual.Apparently the AC is broken so it was like 90 degrees inside. I felt like was getting heat exhastion.I'm gonna wait till they fix the AC Before coming back. At least get some fans to cool the store until the AC is fixed.“

“Second visit and still great service and the quality of the sub blows the Pembroke Pines locations away. (Pines flamingo/pines mall subways). I normally expect the sandwich at subway to taste like card board but this location has blown me away. I love that they heat your meat/chicken by itself and THEN toast it with cheese/bread. The ingredients even taste fresher than other locations I have been to. Too bad I don't live near this location otherwise I'd be a regular.“
