The manager is the worst and disgusting person. He doesn't have any customer service skills at all. He shouldn't be there. The store will improve automatically without that person.
Management, ownership, franchisee, terrible. The store staff are fine but the management of this location is god awful. Total incompetence. Easily the worst location in SoFlo. Close this location and open something else they can’t ever get jt together

Honestly, it's the worst Chipotle I have visited. The service was super slow. I got anxiety just by watching the lady prepare each burrito bowl so calmly despite having a line of customers, which was caused by the lady taking so long to fulfill 1 order as it wasn't even rush hour; it's clear that she must hate her job (and the person in the back chopping the steak was just as "calmed").
