“I recently dined at Salt and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. I began with the cow soup paired with focaccia bread, which was rich, comforting, and full of flavor. For an appetizer, I ordered the lamb lollipops, which were absolutely outstanding the pomegranate glaze was perfectly balanced and elevated the dish beautifully. For my entrée, I chose the capesante, and it did not disappoint. The scallops were cooked to perfection, and the creamy Alfredo sauce was indulgent without being overwhelming. Portions were very generous, and I even had leftovers to enjoy later. Our server, Kylie, truly enhanced the evening. She was attentive, pleasant, and entertaining, and her wine recommendations were spot-on and thoughtfully selected. Overall, this was a fantastic dining experience, and I will absolutely be returning for another dinner. Highly recommend.“

“Honestly my favorite food spot in all of Florida. I’m originally from San Diego and this place is just as good if not better than any place out there when it comes to Mexican food. Their California burritos are a must have and I recommend trying it with their chicken instead of the carne asada. Their carne asada is also amazing but why not switch it up sometimes, live a little. Literally cannot recommend this place enough to anyone looking for the best California burrito in Florida.“

They were all delicious! I generally, don't eat a lot of Mexican rice because I'm usually full from the rest of the food. And While the portions were large, and the food was filling, I had to eat the rest of my girlfriend's rice because it was the best Mexican rice I've ever had. It is located in the building behind Garden, off Jefferson. $71 for chips & guac, crunchwrap, street tacos, and steak bowl, incl tip and taxes. There is so much food -- we will have at least 2 more meals. The truck is right next to an outdoor bar that I cannot wait to visit in person next girls night out.“
