“ALWAYS Greeted with a Smile. The Staff Members Are Wonderful! I Frequently do lunch runs and The Staff will HELP me with items that I have forgotten about. The DRIVE-THRU is VERY BUSY at times and I NEVER EXPERIENCED OR WITNESSED ANY HOSTILITY OR AGITATION FROM THE STAFF! The Staff Point out different selections, know the correct dinner I describe.. Lol! She Will Make Sure that Everything I NEED is on point and Precise! The STAFF IS PLEASANT AND THE FOOD IS DELISH 😀! EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM ORDERING TO PICK-UP! “The Staff at this restaurant are Above and Beyond Professional, Pleasant, and Helpful. I was Dining with my Toddler Nephew, and they took my order, Carried our beverages to the table and retrieved a highchair all with quickness. This establishment treats Customers to 4 🌟 Service.“

“I recommend trying the food as it was very good. However, I will say I was disappointed in a couple things. 1. The fries were tasty, but 90% of them were cut very short (1-inch or less). Again, they were good, but I was definitely disappointed that I had a tray full of tiny little pieces. 2. The store was clearly not cleaned from the night before. I was the first customer at 11:04 and the doors had greasy hand prints, the bathroom was not cleaned at all, and the food disposal area had dried sauce and grease everywhere. I understand as the day goes on, things get messy, but it shouldn’t be in disarray 4 minutes after opening. One more thing to note is the drink machine was broken, but I still got charges for a combo and had to get a water.“

“So I've been here many times. And never have a had such good experience since a few months ago. There is a woman who works there young lady named kalishia , I'm sure I didn't spell her name right. But when I say she is truly an asset to the company. She is the sweetest customer service worker I've met in a long time. She helped me with my order once and then helped me save some money so of course I came back the same week . Ill choose to spend a little extra money just for customer service like that. Way to go slims“

“This is probably the nicest Popeyes restaurant that I’ve been to. Every staff member was always nice and friendly, and the food was always cooked perfectly. I would purposely drive to this location because of the wonderful customer service. The food always came out in a timely manner, and if they were waiting on a food item to be cooked, they would always let you know beforehand, so that way you didn’t have to wait too long. Also, most/if not all of the staff speaks Spanish, so if you’re not fluent in English, you could easily order in Spanish. I highly recommend this Popeyes location.“

“True professionals!! Coming from Panama City to pick up poles in Pensacola my breaks on my trailer stopped working. Called Rudd Welding for someone to fix my trailer. He he immediately told me to call Coastal Trailers. I did and he told me to bring it right over. They jumped on it and within 15 minutes or so the trailer was fixed and I was back to work safe safely. This is what old-school service is all about.“

“I have never truly had a bad experience at my Popeyes (closet to my home) there have been some close encounters but fast food can be difficult. But Yolinda!!!! Is giving an experience at this location. So so sweet each and every single time!!!! This just has to be recognized. Not many people are at work to provide excellent customer service.. this is EXCELLENCE. Especially because of it being such a growing part of our small city and near downtown. I'm so pleased!!!“
