Great in person. Half servings when you order for pickup… very dissatisfied.
I had such an amazing experience I asked the young man helping me for his name. Jayden Garner did a spectacular job. This wasn’t my first time at this location and truthfully I never had that good of an experience until today. During previous visits, some of the employees weren't friendly or patient and half the experience at an establishment is the customer service but Jayden truly went above and beyond. Chipotle Mexican Grill offers fresh, delicious ingredients with generous portions in a clean, chill, and bright atmosphere. Many customers enjoy the minimal menu, the taste of the tortilla dough, and the awesome rewards program. The staff are often described as friendly, focused, and polite, providing excellent service and diligently preparing and serving the food. One server went above and beyond, showing kindness and patience while helping a customer make decisions for protein, toppings, and more. Another location stands out for helping a family with a child with food allergies by changing gloves, making them feel safe and welcomed. Regulars appreciate a server who is welcoming, friendly, remembers orders, and always has a pleasant smile. However, one visit had a problem with too much water in a bowl that leaked and destroyed the paper bag, and staff training was noted as needing attention. Overall, many look forward to eating here again.
