Amazing food very impressed!
I am a long time Chipotle lover and have been to this location a handful of times since it is near my work. Today, a Sunday afternoon at 2:30pm, I walked in and it was dead. The employees looked angry and sulky and were not speaking at all, just going through motions slowly and half-heartedly. It was unsettling and the atmosphere was that of a funeral! Chipotle Mexican Grill receives mixed feedback. Some customers describe the food, service, and atmosphere as astonishing. One location gave just the right amount for your money spent, with workers who spoke respectful and showed they wanted to be there. A customer could not find a coupon for a free item, and the manager allowed it to be honored. Another person goes there almost every day since they opened and calls it the best Chipotle in Pensacola, with bowls so full they barely close. The food and service were fine for one visitor, but a large swarm of what appeared to be termites around the outdoor seating area and lights landed on people, bags, cups, and food, making the restaurant feel unsanitary. Another found the atmosphere really nice and enjoyable and the staff polite and decent, but the white rice was completely undercooked. One customer was not impressed that an adult size quesadilla had to be ordered on line, while only a kids size quesadilla could be ordered inside the store.
