Home Brew Supply Store (Gary's) is a nice little joint on the outskirts of Pensacola, FL. The biergarten is absolutely beautiful, with outdoor heaters and lights to keep customers warm and cheerful, creating a great family atmosphere. The supply store has a good selection of brewing supplies and additives, with prices comparable to online (slightly higher but worth supporting a local business). The beer is out of this world, with great selection of beer and wine on tap. Specific brews include Dark Helmet (delicious, very smooth), "Dirty Bastard" Irish Red, "Bitter Bitch" IPA, and Dark Helmet Schwartzbier. The apple cider was warm for a cold night, described as *chef kiss.* Decent selection of bites includes hummus (a bit watery but tasty). Friendly staff provides a little taste before buying a brew. A BBQ place and brew supply store are next door. The experience is worth a 3-hour drive one way from Tallahassee.
